Chapter - 10

ON THE ROAD :
Manik was lying in pool of blood ..he
was unconscious..everyone ran up
to him..abhimanyu put his hand on his heart
and then checked his pulse..everyone looked
at him..
Abhi : "Guys..manik ki pulse bahut slow chal
rahi hai..jaldi karo..we need to rush to the
hospital asap.."
everybody nodded their head...and cabir
rushed to his car..and soon he was there
where Manik was lying..they all took him to
the hospital..
LIFELINE HOSPITAL :
As soon as they reach inside the
hospital..each n everyone recognizes fab-5
and soon doctors rushed to them...they lay
down Manik on stretcher..
Doctor : "what happen to him?.."..he checked
his pulse..
Cabir : "he met an accident..plz save him
doc.."..cabir folded his hands and pleaded..
Doctor : "plz..Mr.Cabir ..you don't have to do
this.."..he held Cabir's hand .."Nurse ..jaldi
karo..inhe operation theater mei leke
aao..quick.."..and they took Manik inside the
operation theater..
OUTSIDE THE OPERATION
THEATER :
Everyone was restless..cabir was sitting on
the bench..and continously looking to the red
light of operation theater..Navya came and
sat beside him..she slowly hold his hand..but
he didn't respond..he was still looking in the
same direction..Aahana was continously
crying..ayaan saw her..she was standing near
the door of theater..he came and hugged her
tightly..everyone was supporting each
other..they all are in immense pain and badly
shattered but still they all are standing
together for each other..giving hope..and this
is what they have learnt from manik..they are
more than family.."ONE FOR ALL..AND ALL
FOR ONE.."...this is what fab-5 was all
about..but today they all are family..
INSIDE THE THEATER :
1st doctor : "doctor ..inka BP low ho raha
hai..aur pulse bhi bahut slow ho gayi
hai..."...she sounds to be very worried..
2nd Doctor : "inka blood kaafi loss ho chuka
hai..we need to give him blood.."..he injected
some injection in his arm and start clearing
his head wound.."jaldi se inka blood group
check karo..aur blood
mangwao..quick..fast.."..he instructed his
junior doctor..
Junior doctor came outside and start running
towards testing session..everyone look at him
worriedly..abhi tried to ask him but he didn't
tell anything and went inside the theater
again..
Junior doctor : "Dr.Armaan inka blood group
rare hai.. O positive..aur hamare blood bank
mei nahi hai..and i have cross checked with
other hospital as well..they are also ran out
of stock...we need to find a donor asap.."
Dr. Armaan : "yes ..Dr.Rahul..ask his friends
..i can't take any reason..please.."...he said
while looking towards manik..
Dr. Rahul : "yes sir.."..and he again ran
outside..
1st doctor : "Dr. Armaan..he isn't responding
to any treatment..."..she said worriedly..
Dr. Armaan : "Dr. Ridhimma we can't loose
hope..we have to save him"...he look at her
and assure her..that will do it..
OUTSIDE :
Dr. Rahul came outside and asked all of
them..that Manik need blood ..they all
instantly said..that he can take their blood..

Cabir : "i can give whole blood of my
body..but plz save him.."..everyone held
him..as he was badly crying..
soon they went for their testing ..but none of
their blood matches with Manik's blood
group...
INSIDE :
Operation was still going on..just then Dr.
Rahul enters inside..
Dr. Rahul : "sir..bahut bari problem ho gai
hai..un mei se kisi ka bhi blood match nahi
kiya."
Dr. Armaan : "damn it ..what we will do
now..."
OUTSIDE :
Aahana came in the temple inside the
hospital..
Aahana : "plz aese mat kijiye..plz mere bhai
ko theek kar dijiye plz..hum pehle he Nandini
ko kho chuke hai..ab agar use kho diya toh
hum sab bikhar
jaenge...plz..zz.zzz.zzz...sa...ve..hi..mmm..."...and
she fell down on the floor ..she was crying
badly..
Just then a lady saw her and sat beside
her..she somehow consoled her and asked
about the matter..Aahana told the lady that
her brother is in I.C.U..he is very critical..he
need blood..but his blood group is rare...lady
asked her about his blood group..Aahana told
her it's O positive..Lady told Aahana that her
blood group is same..she can give her blood
to him...Aahana's face lighten up with
happiness..she feels god has send an angel to
save their Manik..
Soon she took the lady with her and told Dr.
Rahul and this lady is ready to give
blood..and lady entered inside the testing
section ..after checking
everything..Dr.Rahul..took her inside with
him for donation of blood..
After sometime when Lady came
outside..Aahana and ayaan were there..
Aahana : "thank u aunty..apko nahi pata aaj
apne blood deke ..kitni lives save ki hai.."..she
hugged her tightly..
Lady : "relax..beta..it's fine..u don't have to
thank me..thank god..may be he sent me..it's
all his games..we are only puppet of his
hands.."..she cupped aahana's face and
smile..
Ayaan : "aunty..please..hamare liye to god
banke ap he aayi ho..plz chaliye..mai apko
baaki sab se mil wata hoon..."..she tries to
take her with him..but she hold his hand..
Lady : "am sorry beta..am in hurry..actually
am already late..mujhe kahi pahuchna
hai..am really sorry..but i will pray for that
boy..we will meet again..if destiny wants to
be.."..with this she moved out of the hospital
..and ayaan and aahana hugged each other..
Ayaan and Aahana came to others and
inform them as well that they got donor..they
all wanted to meet that lady..but Ayaan told
them she has already left...
AFTER 4 LONG HOURS...
Dr. Armaan and his team came outside..
Cabir : "doctor..Manik..wo theek hai na..."..
Armaan : "Mr. Cabir..operation is successful
and thanks to that lady..jisne time pe Mr.
Malhotra ko blood de diya..but..."
Abhi : "but kya doctor???..Manik is he ok
na???"..everyone look at the doctor very
worriedly..
Armaan : "actually..not fully..he is not
responding to any treatment..humne wounds
to stitch kar diye hai..but his body is not
responding..aesa lagta hai..wo jeena he nahi
chahte hai..."
everyone took aback by listening this..that
their Manik..who was full of life..doesn't
want to live...
Armaan : "Agar next 6 hours mei unhe hosh
nahi aaya toh..unki jaan ko khatra
hai..."..and he left along with his team..
they all were on the verge of crying
badly..what else they have left to hear..what
else they have left to suffer..they look Manik
through glass door of I.C.U...and tears start
brimming down..
fab-4 visit a nearby temple..they had never
visited any temple..but last time when they
came Shimla..Nandini insisted them alot to
visit that temple..but they didn't ..but
today..they all visited in such state..they have
never thought of..
(BACKGROUND MUSIC)

was lying on the road in pool of blood..then
they thought what doctor Armaan had told
them..they all cried with folded hands..they
cried badly thinking about their best days

face came infront of their eyes and then his
face full of blood.,.)

IN THE HOSPITAL :
Abhi knocks on Dr. Armaan's cabin..
Abhi : "Dr. Armaan can i come in..."
Armaan : "ofcourse Dr. Abhimanyu please
come in"..
Abhi came inside and sat infront of him..
Abhi : "Doctor..Manik..wo theek to ho jaega
na..."
Armaan : "I know what you all are going
through..ap bhi ek doctor hai..u know..jab
patient response nahi karta to bahut sari
problems aa jati hai.."
Abhi : "I know Doctor.."
Armaan : "You can call me armaan.."..he said
smilingly .."wese .. i wanna ask
something..actually i wanna show u
something.."
Abhi gets worried..and Armaan showed him
some reports of Manik..which shocks abhi to
the core..
Abhi : "it isn't possible.."..he said abruptly..
Armaan : "kya hua..i just wanted to show u
this..it isn't serious..why u are so
worried.."..he asked confusingly..
Abhi : "Armaan it is serious..mujhe doubt
tha..but this..i haven't expect this.."
Armaan : "plz say it clearly"...he wanted to
know what Abhi is talking about as he is
Manik's doctor..
Abhi : "Armaan..this reports shows ki..Manik
ke blood mei dementia drug ke traces mile
hai..and as you know..this drug can cause a
lot of harm to a person..but here the point
is..Manik has never intake any drug.."
Armaan : "what..are you sure?"..he asked in
shock..
Abhi : "am 100% sure..Nandini ke life mei
aane ke bad ..manik ne
alcohols ko kabhi hath nahi lagaya..aur na he
uske jaane ke baad.."
Armaan : "yeh Nandini kaun hai..when he
was unconscious ..us state mei bhi wo uska
he naam le raha tha.."..
Abhi : "Nandini..manik ki jaan thi..she is no
more now..2 saal pehle..."..and he choked..
Armaan : "I'm sorry.."
Abhi : "It's fine..thanks armaan ..i should
take a leave..."
and abhi came outside his cabin..
Abhi self thought : "That means kisi ne
deliberately Manik ko yeh drug diya hai..but
kese..aur kabse Manik yeh drug intake kar
raha hai.." ..he paused for sometime..
Abhi : "yeh drug visual hallucinations create
karta hai..that means somebody is trying to harm
Manik..wo hallucinations isi drug ki wajah se
the..but kaun ho sakta hai woh..."
