Another day past by. Another day without getting a chance to talk to him. Him. Marc Alamzer.
Marcus Jeffrey Alamzer is probably the most down to earth popular kid you could meet. He's the star quarterback on the football team, an all-state wrestler, and state recognized baseball player. He literally has it all. Including a very rich daddy who could buy him a yacht in the blink of an eye. Not only that, he is the boyfriend of the hottest girl in the school, Breona. Breona is the head cheerleader of the varsity team and she too is a spoiled brat of rich parents.
And then there's me. Nina. I'm like any normal teenager you would find in high school. Infatuated over one guy. Juggling school and work at the same time. Needing to watch my siblings when my parents do overtime. Basically, NORMAL.
Obviously there won't come a day that some sparks actually fly between Marc and I. But I know one day, Marc will realize how much I like him. Then he'll realize he's in love with me too.
