The Spider-Gang slammed into the wall with a thunderous crack, shattering the concrete and carving a gaping hole. As they all tried to pick themselves up, Miles stopped as he had a small vision:

Brooklyn has a monochromatic aura to it. The Spot hovers over the middle of a street of pure chaos. He puts falling buildings and demolished cars in black holes, ejecting them like missiles shortly after. The objects hit a tall building, causing it to rumble and tumble down, about to cause the demise of a small girl. Jeff hears the cracking of the building and turns around. His face goes pale as he sees the child, reminding him of his son. He runs to catch the little girl, unaware of the debris that was soon to hit him.

Miles snapped back, heart pounding. "What... was that?"

Across the room, The Spot stared at his shifting body, white fading into black. "Our future," he said coldly.

Melody stiffened as Miles backed away, her senses screaming.

"I'm going to take everything from you... just like you did to me."

"...W-what?"

"See you back home... Spider-Man."

The Spot vanished into the collider, leaving nothing but fractured light and static behind.

Melody and Gwen sprinted to Miles. He was on his knees, gasping like the air had been punched out of him. "Miles!" Gwen was at his side, hands on his shoulders. "Talk to me, are you okay?" Melody reached out and took his hand, steadying him. "We're here. You're okay. We've got you, Milo."

The ground beneath them rumbled.

The building was coming down.

"Go!" Gwen shouted, yanking Miles up. Melody and Gwen ran ahead, but Miles stumbled, barely able to crawl. Pavitr and Hobie sprinted through the wreckage, but Melody paused, looked back, and ran to Miles again.

She grabbed his hand and pulled him upright.

"Te entendí (I got you)," she whispered. He nodded, shaken but moving.

The group burst out of the crumbling building just in time. They grimaced at the Alchemax building splitting in half. The Alchemax building groaned like a wounded animal, steel twisting, floors shearing apart. Dust and debris clouded the street as the upper half tilted sideways, raining glass and screams.

Miles, still catching his breath, rested a hand on Pavitr's shoulder. "You good?"

Pav stayed silent, his attention set on his people in danger.

Miles turned to Hobie, "The girls and I will clear the path, you guys slow down that building!"

And with that, without waiting for an answer, Miles was the first to head face-first into danger.

The debris tumbled from the fractures like falling stars. The Spider-Gang acted quickly with their webs shooting out from every angle, latching onto beams, broken support columns, even distant rooftops. They pulled together, straining with every fiber of their strength to keep the structure upright.

Melody gritted her teeth, her arms trembling...until something inside her snapped into place. Her webs shimmered with a faded blue hue, pulsing with energy, threads unraveling into something new and alive. They twisted around the building, reinforcing its weak points. For a moment, it held. 'Why does this keep happening?!'  Unable to understand her powers, Melody lost control and focus.

SNAP

One by one, their webs gave out. The building collapsed into a pool of steel and smoke. They had no choice but to abandon it.
