Chapter 6

The week passed by rather quickly, Brittany stopped teasing me after the theater confrontation and I went to Eleanor's house and she came to mine a few times to work on our project. Caleb was always in his room so he wasn't a problem for me.

Right now it's Friday and I'm texting Eleanor to ask her if she's going to pick me up to go to Blake's game, since my car is currently not working for some reason. When she responded with a yes, I put on my new white Converses which were paired with a striped black and white top and my black jeans.

I was quite nervous for Blake. But I was positive they'll win since their team trained their arses off. When the doorbell rang, I checked my hair which was in a top knot bun, praying that it wouldn't go loose then opened the door.

"Hey.. wha?" I said stupidly. Eleanor was standing there and the dumb 'wha' was for Caleb who was standing right behind her.

What the eff?

"I was forced to come." He muttered.

"Audrey! You look amazing!" Eleanor said, ignoring her brother.

I smiled and said, "Thank you! Would you like to come in?"

She waved it off and said, "No thank you, come on let's go!"

Caleb followed us to the car grumpily and slid into the passenger seat. I cringed when I saw that Natalie was in the backseat. Oh dear Lord no!

"Nat, I need you to be my personal DJ this car ride," Eleanor said, "Would you like to come into the passenger seat? Caleb, could you go sit beside Audrey?" Then she gave me a wink.

What the hell? Who needs a personal DJ?

Caleb grunted then switched places with Natalie. She started going on and on about how it was so hard painting her left nail with her right hand since she's left handed. I smacked my forehead when I realized that I forgot my earbuds at home. Oh God, I'll have to suffer an entire 20 minute ride listening to her whiny voice.

I looked out the window and Caleb looked over at me, scratched his head as if contemplating something then took his earbuds out and gave them to me. "You kind of looked like you needed them." He whispered in my ear.

"Thanks." I mouthed and he smiled, showing his dimples then realized what he was doing and put a hand to his mouth, looking away. He's so cute!

Wait, I can't think he's cute. For God's sake he's Caleb Stiles. Shut up, Audrey.

I listened to Birdy's album the entire car ride until Eleanor parked the car. Natalie every so often looked in the driver's mirror and glared at me. I don't know what the hell her problem is but she doesn't need to take it out on me.

The school's stadium was filled with packs of people and the game hasn't even started yet. I don't really like football that much so I'm just here to be Blake's personal cheerleader. "I'll get the snacks." Natalie said.

"Could you please get me a KitKat? But not with peanut butter," I said, "I'm allergic to peanut butter."

"Sure thing," She said, smirking and took everyone else's order.

We took a seat on the bleachers, me in the middle of Caleb and Eleanor and we saved a seat for Natalie and George. The game is starting in about 10 minutes and everyone was talking excitedly.

Natalie eventually came back with the snacks and gave everyone first. I sighed when I saw that she got me what I told her not to. Yep, she got me peanut butter flavored KitKats. "Are you kidding me?" I said.
