Chloe and I walked down to our houses.
"Hey, are you coming to Robs party tonight??"
I asked, smiling.
"Yes! Duh!"
Chloe laughed and we waved goodbye.
"I'll see you then!"
I opened the door to be greeted with an angry face.
"Madeline... What did I tell you?! I knew you would get expelled! That's it, you're going to be shipped off with your brother to California!"
"WAIT WHAT?! NO!"
I shouted back to her.
"No buts, GO AND PACK!"
She pointed upstairs.
"I imagine Chloe is going to have the same. I just got off the phone with her mother and you are both going to California. Either pack, or no party!"
I groaned loudly.
"Okay! Okay!"
I walked up the stairs, grabbing my Tripp suitcase, filling it with everything I needed.
A couple, well 3 hours later, I was finally done.
"Mom! I'm done!"
I muttered to myself.
"I-I don't want to leave..."
