Chapter 3

"Faryal, wake up!" Said Zainab. Faryal didn't respond, "We are getting late! Please get up" said Zainab. Faryal quickly jumped up and got ready. Faryal wasn't feeling well but she had to go as it was her 2nd day in med school. The professor took them to the city hospital and told everyone to get into a group of 5, Zainab, Faryal, Kasim, Mohsin and Ijaz. They each have a patient of their own but within the next few weeks they have to look after each other's patient then discuss what they think about their disease, causes, progress and treatment.
Faryal was shocked when she hear she was in a group with Mohsin, "So guys we are all in a group! So if anyone needs help or something don't hesitate to ask" said Ijaz. Zainab smiled and then said, "I'm going to go see my patient". Everyone went to talk to their patient, they tried to make the patients feel comfortable talking to them so they sat with them for hours and started to get to know them. After 3 hours they had to swap around and meet the other 5 patients. They all got along with each other, A really cute old lady told Faryal her childhood memories while Kasim was talking to a young guy about football, Ijaz was talking to a middle age women about her family and work while Zainab was talking to a teenager., Mohsin was busy talking to a old man.
They all had fun talking to the patients, by the end of the day they all got together and discuss how the patients were. Before going they all went in their group to meet the patients, at last they all went to meet Mrs. Smith the old lady Faryal was talking to.

"Thank you dear for the lovely chat" said Mrs. Smith.

"Your welcome Mrs. Smith, it was lovely speaking to you. I'll be back soon, tomorrow Kasim will be looking after you" said Faryal.

"Oh I hope to see you soon and oh that's nice" said Mrs. Smith. They were about to go when suddenly Mrs. Smith said, "Can you please help me fix my pillow?".
"Yes sure" said Faryal. She helped fix Mrs. Smith pillow, as Faryal was walking out, she tripped, she pulled onto Kasim's shirt and made him fall with her. Their eyes locked, Zainab and Ijaz were smirking while Moshin was getting angry.
"Uhmmm" said Mrs. Smith.
Faryal and Kasim quickly got up, "Sorry, I tripped..." said Faryal.
"It's ok" said Kasim.
"Are you both dating?" Asked Mrs. Smith.
"No" said Faryal.
"Don't worry, you will be... I can see it both of your eyes" said Mrs. Smith.
"Ok bye Mrs. Smith" said Faryal.
Zainab and Faryal walked out the room with Mohsin, Kasim and Ijaz behind them. Moshin went running behind Faryal, "Faryal!" Shouted Mohsin.
Faryal ignored him, out of nowhere Safina came and kissed Mohsin.
"Hey baby, where were you? I was waiting for you" said Safina.
"I was looking for you" said Mohsin.
"Yeah right" thought Faryal.
"What did you say?" Said Safina.
Faryal realised that she actually said what she thought, "What?!".
"You said yeah right?! Who the hell are you?" Said Safina.
"Excuse me who the hell are you!" Shouted Faryal. Kasim and Ijaz came running and said, "What's wrong?!".
"I'm Mohsin's girlfriend, who even are you? You bitch" Said Safina.
"You're boyfriend is the one who's running after me hen" said Faryal.
"WHAT DID YOU CALL HER!" said Kasim.
"Who are you to interfere?!" Said Safina.
"Don't you dare say anything to her! When you are a bitch yourself actually you're worse than that you're a slut" said Kasim.
"Yeah just because I left you for Mohsin, what is she suppose to be my replacement! Haha you could have done better, have you even seen her?!" Laughed Safina.
"Don't get too full of yourself love, yeah you left me for Moshin and I swear to god that's the bestest thing that's ever happened in my life the day you left me! AND WHAT! YEAH I'VE SEEN FARYAL SHE IS BEAUTIFUL! HAVE YOU EVER SEEN YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR! I GUESS THE GLASS BREAKS THATS WHY YOUR IN A DELUSION!" Shouted Kasim.

"HOW DARE YOU TALK TO MY GIRLFRIEND LIKE THAT?!" Shouted Mohsin.

"HOW DARE SHE TALK TO FARYAL LIKE THAT!" Said Kasim.

"WHY ARE YOU FIGHTING FOR HER? WHO ARE YOU TO HER?!" Said Moshin.

"I'm nobody to her but I can't stand you or your girlfriend saying shit about her! And mate just stay away from her
I've seen you many times trying to get close to Faryal and try to talk to her So first sort yourself out!" Said Kasim. Safina walked away.

"What's it to you if I try to talk to Faryal and get close to her!" Said Mohsin.

"DON'T YOU DARE GO NEAR HER!" Said Kasim. He punched Mohsin, Mohsin punched him back. They started to fight violently, Ijaz tried to stop them but they pushed him away so Faryal decides to go and stop them.
The boys were punched and kicking each other, Faryal went in front of them. "Move out the way Faryal!" Said Mohsin.
"Faryal, move!" Said Kasim. Suddenly Moshin pushed Faryal with full force, she was about to hurt her back on the wall so she closed her eyes tightly, when suddenly someone grabbed her from the back. Faryal was relieved, she slowly opened her eyes, the man turned her around making her face him.
"Are you ok?!" Said the man. Faryal was lost looking into his dreamy eyes,
"I'm ok" said Faryal.
"Are you sure?!" Said the man. Zainab and Ijaz run to her, "Are you ok Faryal?" Asked Ijaz.
"Yes I'm ok" said Faryal.
"Thank you so much for saving my friend" said Zainab.
"No no, don't thank me" smiled the man.
"Are you new here?" Asked Ijaz.
"Yeah, I'm Nolan" said the man.
"Nice meeting you Nolan, I'm Ijaz".
"Thank you, nice meeting you too Ijaz" said Nolan. Kasim and Mohsin were standing there in shock, Moshin was ashamed of himself for pushing Faryal while Kasim felt guilty for not listening to Faryal and not being able to save her from getting hurt. Faryal was looking at Kasim and Mohsin was looking at Faryal, she walked towards Kasim.
"Thank you for standing up for me" said Faryal.
"Your welcome... I'm sorry for not listening to you and for not being able to save you from getting hurt" said Kasim.
"It's ok... And thank you so much Nolan" said Faryal.
"Your welcome love and by the way I'm really hungry and I don't know where to get something to eat so can you show me around and get me something to eat"
said Nolan.
"Yeah sure come on" said Faryal.
They were about to walk away when suddenly Faryal said, "Zainab, Ijaz and Kasim come on guys". They all tagged along, Faryal took them all to a world buffet, where they serve Indian, Chinese, Spanish, Italian and Mexican food. They all enjoyed themself, Kasim and Ijaz went to their room while Nolan dropped Faryal to her room. Zainab was inside the room while Faryal and Nolan talked outside in the hallway.

"Thank you for tonight, the tour and dinner was nice, next time I'll take you out for dinner... Just you and me" said Nolan.

"Your welcome and yeah that would be nice" said Faryal. Nolan leaned forward and kissed Faryal's forehead, "I'll see you tomorrow, bye and take care" said Nolan.

"Bye, take care. See you tomorrow" said Faryal. Nolan went away, Faryal went into the room and said, "He kissed my forehead!".

"OMG that's so cute, I knew he liked you, it was so obvious, do you like him too?" said Zainab.

"I don't know yet and haha how did you know" said Faryal.

"It's obvious the way he looks at you and the way he stood up for you when Mohsin and his girlfriend were annoying you" said Zainab.

"Wait who are you talking about?! I'm talking about Nolan!" Said Faryal.

"What?! Nolan! I thought you were talking about Kasim!" Said Zainab.

"What makes you think Kasim likes me?! He doesn't like me... We argue all the time" said Faryal.

"You don't see it yet but you will soon" said Zainab.

"Ok whatever but guess what?!" Said Faryal.

"What?!" Asked Zainab.

"Nolan asked me out on a date" said Faryal excitedly.

"A date already?! Faryal don't you think you guys are going to fast, I mean you just met today" said Zainab.

"I don't know but I like him" said Faryal.

"Ok but be careful, I don't want you to get hurt, goodnight" said Zainab.

"Goodnight" said Faryal.
