Chapter 8

Kasim got up and freshen up, he looked at his phone and saw his lock screen it was a pic of him and Faryal. He decided to call Faryal, "Hey babe, how are you?" Said Kasim.
"I'm fine thanks you?" replied Faryal.
"I'm ok but missing you" said Kasim.
"Aaw I miss you too, I was going to call you but didn't want to disturb you" said Faryal.
"You can never disturb me Faryal , I've always got time for you unless I'm sleeping then sorry" said Kasim.😂
"Haha thanks Kasim, you're sleep is more important than me, lol trust me I love my sleep more" said Faryal.

"Lol I guess we both love our sleep  😂 oh by the way I need to go to a party with auntie and her family, she insisted for me to go and apparently my mum knows the hosts but I don't want to go and don't know what to do" said Kasim.

"Kasim just go, if auntie is insisting then I suggest you go plus she says your mum knows them then why don't you want to go?" Asked Faryal.

"Because you're not with me..." Said Kasim.

"Aaaww you cutie! Just FaceTime me that way I'll be with you the whole time" said Faryal.

"Omg you are simply amazing, why didn't I come up with that!" Said Kasim.

"Thank you Hun and by the way please put on earphones I don't want anyone to hear what I say to you" said Faryal. 😏😝

"Haha Faryal, I can imagine you saying something personal and everyone looking at at me awkwardly" said Kasim.

Kasim and Faryal chatted about for hours, "Blow me a kiss" said Kasim.
"No, I'm in a room full of people" said Faryal.
"So?!" Said Kasim.
"Behave yourself Kasim" said Faryal.
Anam was standing at the door she was about to walk in but she saw that Kasim was on the phone.
"Ok babe, if you don't do it I will" said Kasim. He blow a kiss to Faryal,
"Now you're turn" said Kasim.
"Ok, when I see you, I'm going to kill you" said Faryal, she blow him a kiss on the phone. You could hear everyone in the background saying, "Aaawww".
"Hahaha you've already killed me with  your beauty" said Kasim.
"You are such a flirt Kasim" said Faryal. Anam knocked the door, "Hey babe, I'll call you back later" said Kasim.
"Ok bye, take care and don't have too many times much fun at the party without me" said Faryal. Anam walked in and said, "Mum says you were looking for a suit to wear at the party tonight?".
"Yeah" said Kasim.
"Well mum is busy, Omar is away to work so I'll have to take you, if that's ok with you" said Anam.
"Yeah that's fine with me, thanks Hun" said Kasim happily.
"Great, I'll see you downstairs" said Anam.
"Ok" said Kasim.
Kasim is normally quiet and reserved but today he was very happy after talking to Faryal, he went downstairs and asked Anam if he could drive the car, she agreed. While they were in the car, they got to know each other.
They arrived at the store, Anam took Kasim into a shop which has designer suits and dresses, Kasim went to try on suits while Anam tried on the dresses.
"How's this one" said Kasim.
"Nah, I don't like the colour" said Anam.
"How about this?" Asked Kasim.
"It's too plain" said Anam.
"How is this one?" Asked Kasim.
Anam couldn't stop staring at Kasim, "Wow you are the one" said Anam.
"What?!" Asked Kasim.
"I mean this is the one" said Anam.
"Yeah this is her favourite colour" said Kasim.
Her? Who is he talking about thought Anam, maybe the girl on the phone? Is she his girlfriend? Thought Anam.
"Ok now help me choose a dress" said Anam.
"Ok" said Kasim.
This is dress one, I like the design but I think it's too short" said Anam.
"Yeah I agree, show me the rest" said Kasim.
"Dress two" said Anam.
"I like this one" said Kasim.
"No I look fat" said Anam.
"No you don't!" Said Kasim.
"Ok this is dress three" said Anam.
"Wow you look absolutely stunning" said Kasim.
"Thanks I like this one too" said Anam while blushing. They bought the clothes and went back home, "you guys done your shopping" said auntie.
"Yes I'll go and get ready now mum" said Anam.
"Yeah Same" said Kasim.
"They look so cute together" thought Anam's mum.
Kasim went down, wearing a suit and Anam was wearing a gown. "Wow you both are looking great, let me take a picture" said Anam's mum.
"Let's go mum" said Anam.
The car drive was silent, they arrived at the venue, Auntie introduced Kasim to the hosts, oh so you are Mrs. Nazia's son Kasim, nice to meet you" said Mr. Malik.
"Yes uncle and thank you, nice meeting you too" said Kasim.
Omar went to meet his friends, Anam was busy dancing away while auntie was meeting with the other guests. Kasim decided to FaceTime Faryal,
"Hey, look I'm at the party" said Kasim.
"Oh Masha'Allah you are looking very handsome" said Faryal.
"Thank you babe" said Kasim.
"So is this one of those business type of parties or is it actually good" said Faryal.
"Haha I can't tell to be honest, the uncle and auntie Jees are busy gossiping away, while the young are partying" said Kasim.
"Omg I want to be there, sounds good lol" said Faryal.
"I wish you were here too" said Kasim.
"I love you" said Faryal.
"I love you too" said Kasim.
"So when is your mum coming?" Said Faryal.
"I think next week" said Kasim.
"Oh ok... Kasim are you ok? You seem distracted" said Faryal.
"Nothing just that Auntie Sabha's daughter is dancing with some guy but it looks like he is forcefully taking her somewhere, I'll talk to you in a bit" said Kasim.
"Omg, ok you go and help her, I'll call you later" said Faryal.
Kasim ran to where he saw them, he was taking her upstairs into a room, Kasim walked into the room and he couldn't believe his eyes, he got the guy by the collar and started punching him
"How dare you do this to her!" Said Kasim.
"Who even are you?!" Said the man.
"Who the hell do you think you are! Bastard!" Said Kasim. He punched the shit out of him but suddenly the man started punching Kasim back, Anam ran downstairs and called her parents. The hosts, Anam's parents and some of the guests came up to see what had happened, Anam explained to them that the guy spiked her drink and brought her here but Kasim came at the right time or God knows what would have happened. The police came and took the man away, Anam ran and hugged Kasim. "Thank you so much, you saved my life" said Anam.
"No, don't thank me, Its my duty" said Kasim.
"You're face, lips and arms are swollen, red, cut and bruised" said Anam.
"Just give me an ice pack and some cream" said Kasim.
When they got home, Kasim went straight to his bedroom and fell asleep, In the morning, his phone was ringing non-stop, Anam walked into the room and was about to pick up his phone when suddenly Kasim jumped up and picked up the phone.
"99 missed called!" Said Kasim.
"Wow who is it?!" Asked Anam.
"My world" said Kasim.
"Huh?!" Said Anam.
"Nothing, you go down, I'm coming" said Kasim.
"Ok" said Anam.
Kasim called Faryal back, "OMG KASIM! Where the hell were you! I was worried sick! I couldn't connect you and I didn't know what to do!" Cried Faryal.

"Please calm down..." Said Kasim.

"Calm down! HOW CAN I CALM DOWN! I was so scared! I thought something bad happened to you" said Faryal.

"Faryal listen remember I told you about Auntie Sabha's daughter, someone spiked her drink and was about to take advantage of her when I went in at the right time! I smashed the shit out of him but the bastard fought back with me!" Said Kasim.

"Omg I'm so sorry Kasim! I was just very worried about you! I shouted at you for no reason and I feel so ashamed of myself! Are you ok?" Asked Faryal.

"It's ok Faryal, I understand. You were worried about me, you scream and shout at people who you truly care and love. So I completely understand and I'm Okish. The prick punched my face but I'm ok" said Kasim. Faryal cursed the man so badly that it made Kasim laugh. After he spoke to Faryal, he felt relieve as if all the pain went away. He wanted to see her and Faryal insisted on face timing him but Kasim didn't want Faryal to see him in this condition because she would get really upset.
