"Are you okay, Skylar?" Logan asked. I looked at him and smiled nervously. I was starting to shake again.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I replied quickly. I tried to take deep breaths. Logan nodded.
"Okay." I looked back down at my feet.
"Mr. Johnson. We are at the airport." The driver said. I looked up and saw the limo driver looking back at us. I saw Logan nod and look at me on the corner of my eye.
"Thanks, Bert." Logan sighed. "Let's go." He took his arm off of me and opened the door. We both climbed out and Logan shut the door. I looked up and saw the white jet sitting there. My jaw dropped.
"You like it?" Logan asked as he walked up to me. I nodded.
"It's nice." I replied softly. He chuckled.
"Come, let's get on." Logan said. He started to walk to the jet. I followed close behind. "Oh, and ignore my friends inside please, they are kind of crazy when they meet new people. Mostly pretty girls like yourself." Logan said without looking at me. I nodded, and I think I started to blush again.
Jeez, I blush a lot for an assassin.
"Okay, I'll try." I said with a little giggle added. We got to the red carpeted stairs to where we go up into the jet. Logan started to go up, but I stayed at the bottom, staring up. I swallowed hard. Logan got to the middle of the stairs, then turned around to face me.
"Are you okay?" He asked again. I looked at him.
"I, uh, I just haven't been on a airplane before." I confessed. He smiled.
"Do you want to hold my hand?" He asked mockingly, sticking out his hand. I gave him a dirty look, but, I couldn't stop smiling. He started to chuckle. I went up the stairs and caught up with Logan. We went up the rest of the stairs together. Logan opened the door, and a blast of rock 'n roll music hit us. I could tell what was playing, since I am a huge fan of rock. Mostly metal. But Highway to Hell by AC/DC was playing, one of my favorites.
Logan and I walked in and saw two guys dancing around. I started to giggle, so I covered my mouth with my hand. Logan walked over to the stereo and turned the blaring music off. I looked over and saw the two guys stop dancing and looked at Logan.
"Oh, come on, Logan!" One of the guys yelled as he was on top of one of the couches. He was holding a pillow as if it was a guitar.
"That was the best part!" The other boy yelled, he was on the coffee table.
"Not now. We have a guest. Skylar, this is Scott Wens and David Sofi. Scott, David, this is Skylar King. She will be joining us with our mission." Logan introduced. The boys ran over to me.
"Skylar? Hi, I'm Scott." He introduced. I shook his hand.
"Nice to meet you."
"And I'm David. Nice to meet you." David said, moving Scott's hand out of the way. Scott moved over and shot David a dirty look.
"See, what did I tell you?" Logan asked as he walked behind me. I let go of David's hand and looked at Logan.
"Okay. I'm on the jet. Where and what is our mission?"
