chapter twelve // lunch

i woke up to receive a text

amy: emma, dan, phil and i are going for lunch if you want to come? xx

fifth wheel again, great! i guess i could ask her if i can invite caspar.

elley: i would love too but can caspar come along? xx 

amy: of course! meet us at my house at 12:30 xx

elley: okay, see you there xx

i should really give caspar a chance, i mean how bad could it be?

so i text him.

elley: do you want to hang out today? x

caspar: i thought you'd never ask xx

elley: hahaha, with the twins, dan, phil & i xx

caspar: i was hoping it would just be us two but if it means i'm with you then fine xx

elley: i'm sorry! maybe next time? but if you want to then meet me at my house at 12:15 xx

caspar: of course xx

then i remembered, my youtube. fuck. i went on the youtube app on my phone then logged onto my account. 16,890 subscribers. how on earth. my video had 49,000+ views. it also had 800+ comments which i was too scared to check as if i get hate i'd be really sensitive to it. why did i agree to this?

i went on twitter. i now had 11,578 followers wow. i had a LOT of mentions so i decided to check some.

all of them were really nice which i was confused at. i sent out a tweet.

thank you all for following me, i never expected to get this much support, it means the world to me❤️

i hope none of them thought i was using zoe, alfie and joe for followers/subscribers because that would be absolutely ridiculous.

ive always been really quiet and hated any sort of attention drawn to me so this was really overwhelming but a good overwhelming.

i got out of bed and had a shower. i had a feeling today was going to be a good day. i got dressed into a white lace top and pink floral dungarees. i also put on white converse. i brush my teeth, blow dry my hair and straighten it. i put on my usual make up and went downstairs to eat breakfast. i made myself a piece of toast and a strawberry smoothie.

once i'd done i went back upstairs and put everything in my bag and waited for caspar as he'll be here any minute.

he came soon enough. "elley, a young man is here for you!" my mum called. i went downstairs to see them talking. "you never told me you've been going on dates" my mum said nudging me. i rolled my eyes while laughing. i hugged her then left my house with caspar. "i'll guide you to where they live!" i say while getting into his car. "alright" he replied. i guided him to emma and amy's house and before i knew it, we was there. "that was a quicker drive than i expected" caspar laughed.

we walked up to their door and knocked. amy opened it. "elley!" she called and hugged me. "hi amy!!". "hiii caspar" dan said while walking up to him. after saying our hello's we decided to walk to the restaurant to have lunch.

i was walking with emma and amy at the front and caspar, dan and phil were behind us 'catching up' as they call it.

"soooo...." emma said emphasising the o's. "sooo what?" i asked, confused. "are you with caspar????" she replied. "no!" i blush. "emma she likes joe" amy yells. "i don't anymore! i realised he doesn't like me back and i'm giving caspar a chance" i smile. "are you sure you want to do this?" amy asks. it made me think. "yes" i reply.

the conversation then drifted on to youtube. "so i made a youtube account yesterday.." i say excitedly. "oh my god i saw!" emma squealed. "i'm glad you finally did it, it's what you've always wanted to do!" amy smiles. that was true.

we finally got to the restaurant. we walk in and find. a waiter. "table for 6 please" amy says to the blonde woman. "okay, follow me" she says. we follow her and she gives us a table to sit at. and takes our order. i order pasta and a coke.

while waiting for our food all 6 of us get to finally talk. "so have you announced you know... you as a couple get?" i say. "dan and emma have but not amy and i, that video goes up tonight" phil says nervously. "i know i'm so nervous" amy says. "it'll be fine, i'm sure!" i smile.

within about 15 minutes our food and drinks finally arrive.

while i'm eating i get a text from joe.

joe: hi, are you with caspar? x

fuck. i hope he doesn't mind. why should he?

elley: yeah x

joe: oh right x

elley: why? x

joe: ah nothing i was just wondering x

elley: oh okay, have a good day x

joe: u too x

he was acting so strange.

we finished our food, split the bill and paid £8.27 each after arguing for at least 5 minutes over who's paying.

we walk back to amy and emma's house and i get into caspar's car. he drives me home and kisses me on the cheek. i smile and wave goodbye.

i go back into my house and up into my room.

today was good.

THIS WAS PROBABLY THE WORSE CHAPTER IVE EVER WROTE!

BUT ive planned out the next few chapters and it's gonna get good

btw i'm 15 (16 in 3 months) even though i write like a 9 year old !!!

if i ever spell anything wrong just ignore it as im a shit speller i know
