Interviewer: First things first. I just want to thank you all for coming here and giving us the pleasure to ask you questions.

Sophia: Thanks for having us!

Interviewer: Ms. Kim, thank you for letting me interview you, and your characters.

Kim: I don't have a choice.

Andre: Hahaha! Boom!

Interviewer: By the way, all the characters from ilurvbooks' stories are here. Readers from all over the world sent their questions to us. I hope they'll be able to answer most, if not all of them. Let's start! This question is for our writer. Ms. Kim, are your stories based on real life? Did they happen to you?

Drake: Did someone make a bet on you?

Andre: Tell me his name, I'm gonna punch him!

Kim: Aww, you guys are so sweet!

Andre: Well, the compliment goes back to you. You created us!

Kim: But you still act and talk as if you have your own mind.

Drake: Seriously, did someone make a bet on you?

Kim: No, unfortunately.

Sophia: Unfortunately?

Kim: I'm just kidding! The Bet is purely fictional. I mean, no one made a bet on me.

Sophia: I'm curious, how did you get the idea for our story?

Kim: I wonder a lot. While I was writing the fourth chapter of My Imaginary Boyfriend—

Annalise, Caleb, Alex: Hello!

Kim: As I was saying, I was writing another story at that time, and then I had a sudden thought. . . What if I fall in love with a guy who will only play with my feelings?

Interviewer: That's a sad thought.

Kim: I always start with What Ifs and Could Have Beens.

Interviewer: How about your other stories?

Kim: My Imaginary Boyfriend is literal. I wrote it while I was daydreaming about my dream guy.

Daniel: That's me!

Kim: MIB is an unusual kind of story. It contains the past of Annalise, her imagination, the story she's writing, and the present time.

Interviewer: It's four in one! How is that possible? Don't you get confused when there are a lot of things going on?

Kim: It's the hardest story for me to write. It's very challenging to put several themes in a novel.

Annalise: She's been working on it for five years now! When can I get my happily ever after, Mom?

Interviewer: That's sweet of you to call her mom, Annalise. And that's a really long time, Kim!

Kim: I know. There are times when I forget what happened, so I had to reread everything.

Interviewer: How did you come up with that idea?

Kim: I'll let Annalise answer you.

Annalise: I love daydreaming. Apart from reading and writing, it's the only thing I do. That's how Daniel entered the picture. The scenes from the past were of my best friend, and in the present time, there are the Vandom brothers. I mentioned earlier that I write, so it became a story within a story.
