Game Plan

There was almost always a simple fix to every problem, the hard part was usually finding it. I didn't have a problem finding mine, luckily.
All I had to do was start a gang war! Then Red Moon, which I had discovered still had the task of capturing my child, would be too busy fighting to accomplish the task, which would give me enough time to turn them in to the police! Everything would go right back to normal!
The only heavy work I would have is starting the gang war, but I've had plans for something like this prepared since around the time I became an informant. All I would have to do is adjust it to fit with the Yellow Scarves and Red Moon, and then- bam! Instant fix to every problem.
I gave a wicked laugh as I walked along the bookshelves, heading to where the binder was tucked away. I had it labeled under a fake name, so that no one would suspect it for anything if someone came to steal some info.

Third Person Perspective~

A man glanced down at his phone, an unknown number flashing along the screen. He sighed and hit the answer button, pressing the device to his ear.
"Hello?" The man asked in a gruff voice, waiting for a reply.
"Yo Izanagi. I need to call in a favor." The voice purred, a familiar one to the underground drug lord.
"Izaya-Kun? Why should I help you?" Izanagi sniffed, his brows furrowed. A sigh sounded over the phone, sending shivers up the dealer's spine. What a stupid question, it was Izaya Orihara! Of course he would have to do what the informant wished, that or face prison charges, or possibly worse.
"I believe you already know the answer, and you do still owe me after what you pulled last time. Or have you forgotten already? You were always such short minded, it wouldn't be a surprise."
"Yeh, yeh, I get it." Izanagi snapped, glaring at the screen as if Izaya could see him. He probably could, might even be a few feet away. You never knew with the mysterious lunatic. "What do you want?"
"I hear you have connections with both Red Moon and some of the Yellow Scarves' members. I want you to spread a few rumors for me, rile them up. I want a war, and all you have to do is have a nice chat with your clients. Who knows, it might do you some good. Plus, it's fairly simple. No harsh consequences to you." A chuckle halted any retort or response from the dealer. "At least... I hope so."
The line went dead as Izaya hung up, leaving the dealer in a state of emotional confusion.
