Chapter 3- Taylor's POV

Beep! Beep! Beep!

Oh how I missed that God damn alarm clock.

It was currently 10:00 in the morning and I was still exhausted. I flopped out of bed and walked into the bathroom. I started brushing my teeth and I checked my Instagram. I was on the explore page was I was looking at posts of people o wasn't following. Then I saw a picture that looked like me walking into my house yesterday when I got home.

I clicked on it to see who posted it. I almost dropped my phone when I read the caption.

"My new neighbor is literally so hot. Lol :))))"

That didn't exactly bug me.

What bugged me was that the post was from Nick Armada.

That meant that he was my next door neighbor. As in he was like 20 feet away from me. 20 feet is too close. Way too close.

Well just great. Now my enemy is my next door neighbor and... Oh my god.

Is my mom seriously talking to his mom right now.

I know she never knew anyone in specific that bullied me, so she probably just thought she was talking to the mother of a sophisticated, disciplined son.

Damn was she wrong.

Luckily it was a Sunday so I had the day to chill, which meant no Nick for today.

I ran downstairs, falling down them, and skipped to the kitchen.

"MOM!" I yelled. My mom came running in from outside.

"What! Is something wrong?!" She looked panicked.

"We're out of Lucky Charms." I said. She looked mad.

"Leave me alone, Taylor." She said, then walked back outside. Oh, mom.

I grabbed a bagel and headed to my room. I logged into my laptop and clicked onto garage band. I like making music on there when I'm bored. Just a small hobby, I don't plan and making anything of it though.

After messing around on there for a while, I just put my laptop away and sat there. God, this house seemed so different. Boxes in my room, my mom even painted my exotically painted walls from when she let me paint them myself, back to its boring, natural beige. I decided not to get so upset about that, and go skateboarding downtown.

I never would've gone skateboarding when I lived here before, but that's not me anymore. I grabbed my board and a SnapBack, and headed out the door.

I was about halfway down the street when I saw Nick and his friends sitting near a bench talking. Despite the fact that I nearly fell of my board after seeing him for the first time in two years, I decided to have a little fun with this.

Jake wasn't there, which meant I could totally mess with them. Let's just hope they don't recognize me, I doubt they will.

I was just about to pass them when I stepped my foot out and pushed myself more, making sure that they saw my butt as I did. I looked back and Nick was there, wide eyed. I smirked, then my smirk fell. Did I seriously just do that? Then, next thing you know, I fell off my board.

Luckily I dove into the grass before I hit the concrete. I looked back and saw Nick smiling.

That little shit. I got up and grabbed my board, taking the back way back to my house so I wouldn't have to pass them. I walked in and slammed the door.
