Claire's POV~
I feel alive and weightless as I walk to the dining hall. Today was pure perfection and I feel as though I've fallen in love with Harry Styles all over again. I see him in a different light. All of the hardships I've gone through with him seem to be a distant memory and now when I picture his face all I feel is pure warmth.
I can see the dining hall now and I pick up my feet. I'm starving, and since I was at the beach with Harry all day, I haven't eaten breakfast or lunch. My legs carry me swiftly over the cement and my body suddenly collides with another.
"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry!" I screech, rushing over to the girl. She straightens herself out, smiling at me. "No, that was my fault. No worries!" She says, smiling. Just then Louis rushes over. "You alright?" He asks the girl. She nods, smiling sweetly at him.
"Oh, hey Claire," he says. I wave at him, noticing how the girl's brown eyes widen at the use of my name. "Do you two know each other?" Louis asks, motioning between the girl and I. We both shake our heads.
"Andy," she says, holding out her hand for me to shake. Oh. I grab it, hesitantly shaking it. "Claire," I say and she nods slightly, glancing to the side. Who knew such an encounter could put such a damper on things?
"Well, Andy do you want to join me for dinner? Claire, you could come too? Harry will be here soon." I look at Andy, waiting for a reaction at the sound of Harry's name. She just smiles and shakes her head, long brown hair swaying with each movement.
"I should get going," she says flatly, waving at us and turning to the parking lot. "Well?" Louis asks, a grin on his face. "Sure," I reply, walking into the building beside him.

Harry's POV~
Walking into the dining hall, the first thing I notice is the bright shine of Claire's blonde hair. She's sitting at a table with Louis, Liam, Niall and Zayn. I make my way towards them, surprising Claire when I sit next to her, kissing her cheek.
"Harry, mate!" Liam says invitingly. The other boys smile and Claire wraps her arm around my waist. The four boys immediately indulge in conversation, Claire and I just listening on the sidelines.
"I met Andy," she whispers into my ear, her eyes still on Zayn who is talking. My body tenses and I pull away to look at her. "You did?" She nods, her mouth in a flat line.
"She seems nice," she says, looking at me finally. I look at my hands, playing with my rings. "It doesn't bother me, Harry. It doesn't bother me that you're her friend." I dart my eyes at her, and she doesn't seem to be lying. "Really?" I ask.
"Really," she says, giving me a small smile. "Besides," she whispers into my ear so only I can hear,"I think Louis has a thing for her." I chuckle loudly at this, causing Claire's smile to grow.
I rest my hand on her back, both of us joining the table talk. Louis is talking about some film he'd just seen and Niall and Zayn are arm wrestling, morons.
This is my life, I think to myself. These four boys and my one and only girl. This is my life, and a pretty darn good one it is.

Claire and I walk out of the dining hall hand in hand. The sky is darkening and the sunset is stunning. "Do you ever miss England?" She asks out of nowhere. I pull her closer into me, taking my hand away from hers and draping it over her shoulder.
"Yes, all the time," I say and she nods. "However, I love it here too, LA is a pretty special place." A small smile creeps across her face and I can tell she's looking for a little something more.
"And, you aren't in England, of course," I say, getting the gorgeous toothy grin I was waiting for. Her blue eyes find their way up to mine, drowning me.
I walk her to her dorm, stopping in front of the door. She turns to face me and I cup her face in my hands. "I love you," I say. "I love you," she responds, pressing her lips harshly against mine.
My tongue enters her mouth, her hands threading through my hair. "Come to England with me," I say into her mouth without even thinking.
She pulls away quickly, eyebrows furrowed. "What?" I look at the ground, confused as to why I said that. "I, uh," I mutter. "You want me to go to England with you?" She asks, touching her long hair.
"I didn't mean to ask that," I say, and I'm surprised to see her face falls. "So you don't want me to go to England with you?" I rub my temples, overwhelmed. "God, I don't know Claire, okay? I don't know if we're ready to do something like that together, but of course I want you to meet my family."
She takes a step back. "We're not ready?" Her lips are slightly parted. "You know we're not," I say, stuffing my hands into the pockets of my jeans. "Actually, I though we were. I was only saying that because I wasn't sure if you were really asking me," she says, her eyes looking off into the distance.
"Well, I wasn't," I say quickly, completely puzzled by what I'm saying and what I really feel. She nods slowly, biting her lip. "Okay," she says softly and turning into the dormitory, closing the door without another word.
Fuck. What did I just do? Did I even do anything wrong? Fuck. We were doing so well. So fucking well! Of course, I have to go and screw it all up.
I walk away with my head held low, kicking at the ground. Before I know it, I'm turning the handle to my room. I open the door, finding Andy sitting on my bed. "Not in the mood, Andy," I say, pulling off my boots.
"I just need to talk to you about something," she says, rubbing her hands together. "I already know you met Claire," I say before she can. She smirks. "That's not what I was gonna say."
I motion for her to go on. "Well," she clears her throat,"I was just wondering if it would bother you if I started going out with Louis." I turn to her, eyebrows raised. "Why would it? I don't give a bloody fuck who you date. Besides, Louis has a thing for you," I say, rummaging through papers.
"It's just, I thought, maybe," she begins and I know exactly what she's going to say. "Andy, I'm not interested in you," I say, hoping she's not too sensitive. "Yeah, of course, sorry. I'm gonna get out of here," she says with a nervous laugh. I smile at her, sympathetically, before she leaves.
Does Andy still have a thing for me? Did she not just ask if I would be okay with her and Louis? Goodness, I don't fucking know. I do know that I have a pounding headache from tonight's occasions and I need to sleep it all away.
