Harry's POV~

They day is finally here. I'm being discharged.

Although it's only been three nights, it feels like I've spent years in this depressing hospital room. I get up slowly, still unable to move fast, well, move at all without discomfort.

My friends are scattered around the room, helping me clean up a bit and conversing with one another. Suddenly, a nurse comes in, her eyes set on Claire. "Excuse me, Ms.Hoffman? We have some paper work we would like you to fill out," she says softly, kindness in her voice. Claire smiles at her and nods, following her out the door.

"So, Niall and I are going to go get some coffee," Liam says, after putting a magazine on the table. "I'll come too," Louis says. "Me too," Zayn adds, and the four of them leave.

Andy sits in the chair near the bed, her pink fingernails grazing against the ugly green fabric. As I look at her, a strange, forgotten memory comes to my mind and I'm automatically compelled to bring it up.

"Andy?" She looks up at me, tilting her head. "Yes?" She answers. "Do...do you remember the night that you drove me home from that party, and I was totally smashed?" She chuckles lightly. "Of course I remember."

I run my fingers through my messy hair and furrow my eyebrows. "You said something, when I told you my name...," I begin and I can see her face tense. "You said you knew exactly who I was," I say, snapping when I recall the memory. "Wh-what did you mean by that?" I stare at her, waiting for her to speak, curiosity beating inside of my like a drum.

Her brown eyes dart around the room until they find me, a small, almost shy smile creeping onto her face. "What if I told you Andy was short for Andrea?" She asks, her cheeks turning a darker shade of pink beneath the blush she's wearing.

My heart almost stops, and I gasp. "Andrea?" I almost scream. She nods, laughing and stands up. "I never would've recognized you! Never!" I say, pulling her into a hug. "I guess we've both changed a lot," she exclaims and we pull out of our embrace.

I bring my hands to my head in disbelief. "Summer of 05! Your family came to Holmes Chapel for a whole summer! It was one of the best summers of my life! You were renting a flat near my house, and we spent practically everyday together! I was crushed when you left and never came back!" My head is spinning at the thought of Andy being one of my most cherished childhood friends, and me only finding this out now.

"I was crushed too, we were so close," she says, her eyes glossy. "Every year I begged my parents to go back to England for vacation but it never happened. I knew that night when I saw you at that party...I knew it was you, Harry."

I sit down on the edge of the bed, resting my hands on my knees. "This is unbelievable," I say. "Why did you never tell me?" I ask. She shrugs, crossing her arms. "I guess I never knew when would be a good time."

"Wow, just wow," I say with a laugh. She nods with a smirk.

Claire's POV~

I open the door into Harry's hospital room, to find only him and Andy, laughing. "What's so funny?" I ask them with a smile. "It's a long story," Harry says, glancing at her. "Let's just say, we knew eachother longer than I thought we did," he continues. I raise my eyebrows and nod. "I'm not going to pry, don't worry. But the airport taxi is here, the guys are waiting," I say.

"Oh, cool!" Harry says, a newfound sparkle in his eye that I'm happy to see. The three of us make our way out the door to the lobby. Harry and I walk side by side, Andy in front of us, due to the fact that Harry is slower than usual.

"Are you excited to go back to school?" I ask. He smiles, dimples showing. "Yeah, I am. Are you?" I nod, smiling up at him. His green eyes sink into me as they always have and I feel a weight on my chest. I look away from him and continue to walk.

Eventually, we arrive to the front of the hospital where our cabs our parked. Considering the amount of people we have, I took it upon myself to call two cabs to accommodate all of us. Liam, Louis and Andy get into the first cab and Harry, Niall, Zayn and I get into the second one.

Zayn climbs into the passengers seat and I sit between Harry and Niall. It's a tight squeeze and I can smell the familiar scent of mint coming from Harry. My lips twitch into an uncontrollable grin and I try to look down so no one can see. Niall puts in earbuds in and Harry stares ahead of us as we pull out onto the busy road.

Without thinking, I rest my hand delicately on Harry's thigh, for comfort. He looks at me, green eyes wide in disbelief. I gasp and quickly pull it away. "I'm-I'm sorry," I squeak. He looks away. "Don't worry about it." He sounds hurt. I frown.

In what seems like only minutes, the cab pulls onto the airport curb. "Ready?" Niall asks, a warm smile on his face. I nod, and climb out of the cab after Harry. I see him reach into his wallet to pay the driver, and I grab his arm. "Harry, I got it."

"No, it's fine," he says coldly, shaking me off and paying the driver. We walk silently into the airport, meeting Louis, Liam, and Andy at the door. "Homeward bound," Liam jokes and we proceed into the building.
