I woke up the next morning, just as the sun was rising, when I realized that Willow had ended up laying on my chest, sometime through the night. Not that I minded, of course, it was comfortable. I looked down at her and smiled, she had her head lifted toward me, and a sleepy little smile on her face. Her hair was tousled a little, and falling on her face, so I tucked it behind her ear, making her stirr a little. She rolled to the other side, and into the fetal position. My chest was cold then, where she had been laying, so I rolled over and pulled her close to me again, cradling her with my body, and she fit perfectly. I slipped my arm around her waist, and just held her, and soon I found myself asleep again.
I woke up again, to the sensation of someone playing with my hair. I breathed deeply, and opened my eyes, to see Willows smoky blue ones staring into mine.
"Good morning sunshine!" She smiled.
I chuckled, "Good morning beautiful." I hugged her close, and just held her, wanting her to be mine and not let Dean try to woo her away from me like he has in the past. I'll just be myself around her and see how it goes, I guess.
"Sam?" She said, still playing with my hair.
"Hmm?"
"I'm hungry, let's go get something to eat." I looked at her and smiled. "Okay." I let her go so I could stretch and rub my eyes. She did the same and rolled off the bed, waiting for me at the bedroom door as I slid on my jeans.
We walked down the hall to find Cas and Dean on the couch watching TV.
"Dean, are you hungry? We can go grab some lunch at the café. Or I can cook... But I'm kinda in the mood for a burger, and I don't have any hamburger meat to cook." Willow said looking back and forth at Dean and I.
"I'm game." I said slipping on a white v-neck T-shirt and my red plaid shirt.
"Me too." Dean said, standing up.
"Okay, let me go get dressed. Be back in 10." She strolled back down the hallway to get changed, and I walked over to Dean.
"You like her, don't you, Sammy?" Dean grinned.
"Dude, I don't know what it is about her, but there's just something that gets to me... I can't stop thinking about her. I've never felt this way about anyone before... Not even Jess." I sighed, running my fingers through my hair.
"I was going to wait to tell you, but I can not." Castiel spoke up.
"What are you talking about, Cas?" Dean asked.
"Well, there is another reason that I brought you all together." He said looking up at me.
"And that is..?"
"Willow Lancaster, is your destiny. God created the two of you for each other. You are meant to fall in love, get married and have three children, Aiden, Riley, and Mary Elizabeth. So, in simpler terms, Willow is your 'Happily Ever After', if you will." Cas smiled.
"Cas, is that true?" She beamed at the angel, who nodded his head slowly, holding his hand out for her to come closer.
"But, why didn't you tell me sooner?" She said taking his hand.
"I did, you just didn't know it. Do you remember those stories I use to tell you about the two brothers who saved the world?" He asked her. She nodded, smiling and Cas looked over to Dean and I.
"All those stories are true, and Sam and Dean are those brothers." He said.
"So that means, the story about Lily and James, that's true too? Am- Am I Lilly?" Cas nodded, "So that makes Sam, James and Dean is Adam?"
"Yes, Willow, you know how I would always tell you that your forever was on his way? Well he's here, now." He smiled and squeezed her hand softly, pushing her towards me. I wrapped my arm around her and smiled down at her.
'This beautiful stranger, was meant just for me.' I thought to myself.
"Be mine?" I said looking into her beautiful blue eyes. She smiled and nodded, hugging me tight.
