I woke up the next morning to the smell of coffee brewing and laughter coming from the kitchen. I looked over to find that I was the only one still in bed. I rolled onto my back and stretched before deciding to get out of bed and join everyone in the kitchen. Rolling out of bed, I saw one of Sam's t-shirts on the floor, I smiled and slipped it on along with a pair of leggings. I stepped into the bathroom to brush my teeth, and got a sudden pang of nausea. I ran to the toilet as if it were an old friend, and became sick. I felt better afterwards, so I didn't think much of it. I splashed some water on my face, brushed my teeth and went to join the guys in the kitchen.
"Good morning, Sleeping Beauty!" Sam smiled and kissed my forehead. I smiled and hugged him, still feeling a bit queasy. I looked over to see Dean by the stove cooking, what smelled like bacon. The grease smell was like a punch in the face with a chair and I had to be sick again. I let go of Sam and bolted to the bathroom in the hallway. Sam followed close behind and knelt down beside me, rubbing my back and holding my hair.
"Are you okay?" He asked, as he wet a wash cloth for me to put on my face.
"I'm fine. That grease smell just got to me." I sat up and looked at him. I suddenly had a thought and asked Sam to give me some privacy. He nodded and kissed my forehead before leaving me in peace. I grabbed the pregnancy test out of the drawer and, well, you get the idea.
Three agonizing minutes later, I picked up the test from the counter and studied it. There was one bold pink line, and another faint pink line next to it.
'It can't be... Not over night...' I thought to myself. 'Maybe I should just ask Cas... But what would he think?' I groaned as another wave of sick hit me and I was hugging the toilet again, calling for Sam between each heave.
"Aw, baby." He cooed, rubbing my back. "W-what's this?" He asked looking at the test on the counter.
"I- I think-", another wave of sick, "I'm pregnant..." I panted, exhausted from throwing up for the past ten minutes.
"But, we only... Last night... How?" Sam stumbled over his words, and ran his fingers through his hair.
"I don't know, is Cas here?" I asked, bathing my face and neck with the cool rag.
"Yeah, do you want me to go get him?" Sam asked, moving a piece of hair from my face.
"Take me to him? I'm fine now, I feel much better, just tired. I smiled weakly at Sam as he stood up. He smiled and held his hand out to help me up off the floor. I stumbled slightly, feeling faint, and he caught me. He carried me into the living room and sat on the couch next to Cas, with me on his lap. I twirled Sam's hair in my fingers nervously and looked over at my angel.
'How am I going to tell him?' I thought.
"I already know, and I'm not upset. It was meant to happen this way. And I know you're wondering how it happened over night, and that is because angels conceive very quickly." He smiled at me.
"Wow... So I guess this means no more hunting for a while?" I looked down at my stomach.
"It won't be as long as you think. The baby is part angel, so the gestation time isn't as long and humans." Castiel said.
"How long?" I asked.
"Only about six months."
"Oh. Okay." I smiled up at Sam, and he kissed my forehead.
"Oh, by the way, there's someone here to see you!" Sam said, nodding his head towards the kitchen.
I turned around and smiled, "Uncle Bobby!!"
"Hey munchkin! Happy birthday!" He sat down beside Sam and I on the couch and gave me a hug.
"I've missed you Uncle Bobby." I said.
"I missed you too, kiddo." He chuckled and took a sip of his beer.
"Are you okay, Willow? You look really pale..." He says, suddenly worried.
"Well, um... I'm pregnant... And Sammy boy here is the father." I said nervously.
"Say what?!" Dean called from the kitchen.
"You're gonna be an uncle!" Sam called back.
Bobby smiled, "Congrats Kids!"
"Willow, you're pregnant? Just after last night? And yes I could hear you, next time put a pillow over her face, Sammy." He winked.
I looked at Sam and blushed, burying my face in his chest, and I could hear Dean chuckling behind me.
I spaced out while Sam and Uncle Bobby talked, thinking about the baby and who he/she will look like and if it's a boy or a girl.
"It's going to be a boy." I heard Cas say, "Twin boys." He smiled.
"What?!" Sam and I said in unison and looked at each other.
"Really?" I asked, shocked. Cas nodded.
"Wow... We are gonna need more room..." Sam said, running his fingers through his hair.
"There's plenty of room back at the bunker..." Dean added, setting out a plate full of bacon on the bar.
"The bunker?" I questioned.
"It was a secret hide away for the Men of Letters way back when. There's plenty of room, and it's safe." Dean said.
I looked around my childhood home, not really wanting to leave but I knew there wouldn't be enough room for 5 people to live in. There is, but it was crowded living here with my family.
"Okay. We can go there. And this can be our vacation house." I said, finally. "I'll have to call a mover, and send a truck over here... Where is the bunker?" I asked.
"Kansas." Sam said.
"Okay... It's gonna take me a few days to get everything packed.. I've gotta get boxes..." I thought out loud.
"Breakfast is ready!" Dean called, setting the bar with plates full of food. There was bacon, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and pancakes. I jumped up and grabbed a plate from the cabinet, and got a little bit of everything.
"These pancakes are amazing, Dean!!" I said stuffing a bite in my mouth.
Since it was still my birthday, the rest of the day was filled with Sam and I cuddling on the couch, watching movies since it started raining, and I couldn't go outside and fly. We had already watched The Little Mermaid, and now we were watching The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones- another one of my favorite movies. I silently giggled to myself as Sam and Dean watched the movie with confused looks on their faces. Dean glanced over to me and saw the smirk on my face, "What's so funny?" He asked.
"Your face!" I replied and burst into a fit of laughter.
"What? This movie is confusing!" He defended.
I couldn't speak because I was laughing so hard at Dean, and when I finally calmed down and caught my breath I had a craving for ice cream.
"Sam?" I looked up at him. He was focused on the movie, it seemed like.
"Yeah?" He said, after a moment of me poking his cheek.
"I want ice cream." I smiled at him sweetly.
"I want pie!" Dean piped in.
"Well, where I want to go, they have apple pie flavored ice cream." I smirked. Dean's eyes sparkled like a little kid's at Christmas.
"Well what are you waiting for? Let's go!" He jumped up and went to pull his boots on. "Sammy! Wake up!"
"Huh? What? What's going on?" Sam snapped out of his daze.
"You like that movie, don't you babe?" I grinned.
He blushed slightly, "Yeah it's pretty good. So what are we doing?"
"Dean and I want ice cream, and I know exactly where I want to go. It's about 45 minutes away, but it's so worth it." I smiled, got off of Sam's lap, pulled on my black combat boots, and grabbed my keys.
Cas had already left to 'do something important', and Uncle Bobby had gone to see about renting a moving truck.
Sam got up and put on his boots, and followed us out the door. We hopped into my car and with that, we were off.
