Four months later
Sam's P.O.V

It's been six months since Willow moved into the bunker with us, and we've only got a week until the babies are due. So Dean and I have decided to take a few months off of hunting so we can stay home with Willow and the kids. Willow was inside taking a nap, while Dean and I were outside washing the cars and drinking beer.
"So, do you think you're ready to be a dad Sammy?" Dean asked. Sitting on an empty bucket and taking a swig of his beer.
"I don't know, dude, I'm super excited, but it's really scary to think about."
"I bet.. But I gotta say that I'm pretty excited to be an uncle!" Dean chuckled.
About that time, the door to the bunker opened and Willow slowly walked out, "Sammy.." She breathed, and groaned like she was in pain.
"Baby? Are you okay?" I rushed over to her, with Dean right behind me. She grabbed on to me as another pain hit her, making her cry out.
"Come on, let's go back inside, baby." I said, picking her up bridal style.
"Dean, call Castiel..." She said.
Dean quickly pulled out his phone and called Castiel while I took Willow back inside.

Dean's P.O.V.

Willow came out of the bunker, like she was going into labor, and wanted me to call Cas, so that's what I did.
"Hello?" Cas answered.
"Cas! We need you, buddy. Willow is going into labor!"
"I'll be right there." He said and hung up. Within seconds, Cas was standing next to me. "Where is she?"
"Sam took her inside, come on." I said and quickly went inside, and Cas followed close behind.
"Aahhh!! Where's Cas???" I heard Willow cry out from the couch.
"Willow!" Cas called and rushed over to her. "I'm here, Angel, I'm here."
"Castiel..." She reached for Cas, but he laid her back down. "I'm gonna make sure everyone is okay, just relax, okay?" He said, brushing her hair out of her face, and placing his fingers on her forehead.
"It's a false alarm, your body is just preparing for the real thing. I can take the pain away if you'd like?" And she nodded, unable to speak.

Willow's P.O.V

The pain was the worst I've ever felt, and considering I don't really feel pain.. It was pretty bad. Castiel put his fingertips on my forehead again, and the pain was gone, thankfully. I sighed, and looked at Sam, smiling at him weakly. He smiled, and kissed my forehead, "Feel better now?"
I nodded, "I wanna go lay down, baby." He nodded, and picked me up, I turned to Castiel and thanked him as Sam took me to our bedroom.
Sam laid me down, covered me up, and turned to walk out but I caught his hand. "No, stay.. Please?" I asked softly. He smiled and crawled under the covers with me. I rolled onto my side, and he pulled me close to him, wrapping an arm around me and rubbed soft circles on my stomach.
"Baby?" He whispered.
"Hmm?"
"How do you feel?" He kissed my neck.
"I'm okay, just tired, ready for them to be here..." I said, resting a hand on my stomach.
Sam put his hand over mine, "Me too. I can't wait to hold my boys." I felt him grin against my shoulder.
"I am excited to be able to use my powers and fly again, though." I chuckled.

Two days later

Uncle Bobby had come to visit for a while, and Gabriel popped in to say hi as well while Sam and Dean went to town for groceries. As much as I enjoyed Gabe and Uncle Bobby's company, the day was wearing on way too long for my liking. And around noon I started having contractions again, so I called Sam and they were home within ten minutes. When they rushed in, I was walking around the living room.
"Willow, are you okay?" Sam came over to me. I threw my arms around him as another contraction hit.
"This is it, Sammy... Will you go call Kahlyn and air up the pool?"
"Yeah." He kissed my cheek and pulled out his phone to call our mid-wife. (I refuse to go to a hospital)
After four hours of chaos and contractions, the time had finally arrived. Aiden came first, and weighed 7lbs and 7oz. Then was Riley, he weighed 5lbs and 4oz, his eyes were wide open and as green as the leaves on the trees. After we were all cleaned up and dressed, I laid in bed holding my handsome boys with Sam by my side.
"Can I hold my nephews?" Dean smiled. I nodded and he scooped them up out of my arms, effortlessly.
"Which one is which?" He asked, looking between them.
"Well the smaller one on your left, is Riley, and the big boy on your right is Aiden." I said.
There was a knock on the bedroom door, and I turned to see Tara standing there.
"Mom!" I smiled and opened my arms for her to hug me.
"Willow, how are you feeling, honey?" She came and sat beside me.
"I feel fine. I'm glad they are finally here." I smiled and watched Dean smile as he bounced the boys softly.
"Dean, may I see my grandsons?" He nodded and passed them to her, and I smiled as I watched my family fawn over our new additions. I turned to Sam, who was looking at me with a smile on his face. "What is it, honey?" I smiled at him.
"I'm a dad!" He smiled even bigger, and kissed my cheek.
"I know!" I giggled, and glanced at the clock on the side table; 10:00 pm.
"It's getting late, we should put the boys to bed." I said, and stood up. Mom turned to me and smiled as I took Riley from her arms. His bright green eyes shining up at me, and he cooed. My heart nearly burst at the sound, and I kissed his tiny cheek. Sam stood beside me holding a sleeping Aiden, "Ready?" I nodded and we walked to the room across the hall, which was the boys' room.
Riley's side was painted a soft blue, and was covered in animals of all kinds, with a palm tree hanging over his crib, while Aiden's side was a sea green color, and covered in pirate ships, with a pirate flag over his crib.
Aiden was still sleeping when Sam laid him in his crib, and quickly snuggled with his plush parrot that Gabriel got for him. Riley, was wide eyed and looking around.
"Riley, it's bed time baby." I cooed softly. Sam came to stand next to me, and chuckled when he saw Riley wiggling around.
"Come here, buddy." He said, picking him up and sitting in his rocking chair. Sam started to hum a song, and after a minute I recognized it as "Hey, Jude" by the Beatles.
"The Beatles? Really?" I giggled.
"Dean used to sing it to me to get me to sleep, and it was the first thing that came to mind. And it worked!" He said, motioning to a sleeping Riley. I smiled and kissed his tiny head, before Sam put him in his crib and handed him his plush monkey. I walked to the doorway and turned of the lights, "Goodnight my angels."
