On the way to El Dorado, Sam, Dean and I started talking about names for the babies.
"I like Aiden Lane!" I piped up. Sam smiled, "Aiden Lane Winchester... I like it!"
"What about Riley Dean for the other?" Dean smirked.
"You want us to name one of them after you?" Sam chuckled.
"I never said that, Sammy." Dean winked.
"Riley Shane Winchester..." I thought out loud.
"What baby?" Sam said.
"Riley Shane Winchester." I said.
"Your idea is better.." Dean admitted.
"What do you think, Sam?" I glanced at him sideways.
He smiled, "Sounds good to me."
I smiled and rubbed my stomach, finding a small bump where it had been flat earlier. I gasped, and lifted up my shirt, and sure enough, there was already a small bump forming on my lower stomach. Sam noticed and smiled, placing his hand on my stomach. I felt two small nudges where Sam's palm was placed. He chuckled, "Hey boys."
*kick kick*
"Woah!" He smiled. I giggled, and pulled into a parking spot in front of the ice cream  shop.
"We're here!" I said excitedly, we got out of the car, got our ice cream, and walked around down town for a few hours before deciding to head home.

(Time skip: two months later)
"Willow, it's too dangerous." Sam said.
"Sam I'm sick of sitting home doing nothing.." I whined. I was trying to convince him to let me tag along on the hunt he and Dean were going to, but he wasn't budging.
"At least let me come and help you do research. Please baby? I'm going crazy!" I hugged him tight. I worried about him when he went on hunts, I don't know if it's just because I'm overly emotional right now or if I was just really worried.
"Fine... Go get your things together." He sighed and ran a hand through his hair.
"I love you, Sammy!" I giggled as I went to grab my already packed bag.
"I love you too." He chuckled.
"Sammy! What's the hold up?" Dean called from the front door.
"Willow is coming with us." He smiled at his brother.
Dean rolled his eyes, "Willow, hurry it up we're burning daylight!"
"Shut it, Dean, I'm coming!" I said, as I came back into the den meeting him at the door.
Luckily, the case was only two hours away, so the ride wasn't long and uncomfortable. The babies have really started growing, and I now have an honorary baby bump. I can feel them moving around, and they kick when I sing to them. It was a funny feeling, but it was very comforting to feel my babies move. Sam loves to feel them move around when he talks to them before we go to bed at night. And thanks to Castiel and Gabriel, the boys' room was ready to go. It was part of my house warming gift when I moved into the bunker.
"You okay, babe?" Sam said, pulling me out of my thoughts.
"Yeah, just thinking." I smiled.
"What are you thinking about?" He smiled and rubbed my baby bump.
"Aiden and Riley... I'm worried about them growing up as hunters. I just want to keep them safe, tell them that there is no such thing as monsters, tell them that there's nothing to be afraid of. But then, reality sinks in and I know none of that is true." I said.
Today I am two months pregnant, and I look like I'm about four. The boys hit another growth spurt today, so I'm a little tired from my body accommodating how quickly they're growing.
"It's gonna be okay baby." Sam smiled and squeezed my hand softly.
"We're here!" Dean said.
Sam helped me out of the car, and got all of our bags out of the trunk while Dean went to check us in.
"So, I think I know what we are dealing with, guys." I said, after going over all of the police reports of the victims.
"What?" Dean and Sam said in unison.
"A trickster." I said, rubbing my growing belly.
"Gabriel?" Sam said, I nodded.
"Did someone say, Trickster?!" A voice said from beside me. I turned and it was none other than Gabriel himself.
"Hey, Gabe!" I said.
"Hey, kiddo. How ya doin'?" He smiled and wrapped an arm around my shoulders.
"I'm fine.", I smiled, "So what are you up to?" I asked.
"Oh, you know, the usual... Lollipop?" He asked, handing me my favorite lollipop.
"Gabriel." Sam said, walking over to us.
"Heya, Sam! Good to see you!" He smiled cheekily.
"Gabe, I think you know why we are here.. And all I'm going to say is stop." I said firmly.
"Oh, the case you're here for? No that's not me. This one is an actual Trickster. She is hiding out in the old Whaley Mansion. If I were you two, I'd go now." He said, looking to Sam and Dean.
Dean jumped up and started to get all of their weapons together.
"You gonna be okay by yourself for a bit?" Sam looked at me, I nodded.
"Yeah, I'm sure Gabe will keep me company. Right?" I smiled at my uncle.
"No need to worry, Sammy Boy! They will be safe with me!" He grinned and patted Sam on the shoulder.
"Okay. I love you." He kissed my forehead, "I love you too. Daddy will be back soon." He knelt down and kissed my belly, earning two kicks.
"I love you Sam! Be careful!" I called as he hurried out the door to meet Dean at the car. The Impala roared to life and they were off.
"So whatcha wanna do?" Gabriel asked.
"I don't know.. I'm kind of tired. The boys have been growing a lot today. And my back is killing me." I said attempting to get up from my place at the desk so I could lay down on my bed. Gabe stood up and offered me his hand, which I gladly took, and helped me up.
"Four more months of this and it's only the beginning..." I mumbled to myself. Gabe and I sat on the bed and watched tv, and talked for a while, until I fell asleep on his shoulder.
I was woken up by someone yelling, and quickly realized that it was Dean.
"What's going on?" I looked around, "Where's Sam?" Dean just pointed to his bed. Sam was laying there, and he was hurt bad. I got up quickly and rushed to his side, "Baby? Baby look at me!" I started to cry and looked at Dean. "What happened!?"
"That bitch, set some bad ass clowns on him. There were three of them, and she had me chained to a wall, I couldn't help him. Luckily Cass showed up and ganked her and the clowns."
Sam coughed and groaned, "Willow.."
"I'm here baby. I'm gonna make you all better. It's gonna be okay." I kissed his forehead, then placed my fingers on his head and healed him. Sam took a deep breath and opened his eyes, sitting up and wrapping his arms around me.
Suddenly, a sharp pain shot through my body, making me scream and the room started to spin. I could see Sam and Dean run towards me, and then everything went black.
