NPOV:

"Backstroke." He grins.
"Will I have to get my head wet?" I ask nervously.
"Only the back." He says, turning serious.
"I... I don't really want to." I say quietly.
"What?" He frowns. I speak a bit louder.
"I don't want to." I say. Will's expression softens.

"Okay." He nods. "We don't have to."
"Thanks." I smile gratefully. Percy would never have don't that.
"No problem." Will smiles. He gets out of the pool and offers me a hand up. I take it and he pulls me out.
"You're as light as a feather!" He laughs. I blush and he ruffles my hair, which didn't even get wet.

I dry off and get dressed, and, once again, Will is ready before me.
"You don't take long." I remark. Will grins.
"I have to get changed quickly every day." He explains.

He still wearing shorts, just now they're not swimming ones. Now that I think about it, all Will ever wears are shorts, sandals and crumpled t-shirts.

Why do I keep noticing all these little details?
