NPOV:

"What am I going to do?" I ask distraughtly, pacing the small room and repeatedly running my hands through my hair. Today Will and I are supposed to get married, but I'm freaking out.

"Calm down?" Hazel suggests hopefully. I sit down and put my head in my hands.
"I'm going to mess up!" I moan.
"No you're not." We sad gently, sitting beside me. Reyna and Kinzie walk over, and Reyna sits beside me while Kinzie stands.

"Yes I am!" I argue. "I'll probably fall over or something, and I'll forget my vows!"
"You won't trip over." Reyna says confidently. "You won't have to move, since Will is the one walking down the aisle."

"Is he wearing a dress?" Kinzie grins.
"Hopefully." Reyna smiles. I rarely see Reyna smile, but she does it quite often around Kinzie, a lot like me and Will.

"As for forgetting your vows," Reyna continues, "I know you won't. You've been memorising them for weeks." Will and I wrote our own vows, and after I had, I spent then next two months murmuring them to myself, practising then in front of the mirror, and getting Reyna and Hazel to read over it while I recite it. I should know it, but the nervousness has set in and I can't remember a thing.

"Take deep breaths." Hazel advises, putting a hand on my back. I do as she says, and it works slightly. Slowly, I let my hands drop to my sides, then I get up and walk over to the mirror in the corner of the room. I look over myself, ensuring everything is perfect. I can't mess this up.

My hair is messy, as usual, but I somehow let Hazel and Kinzie put me in a suit. It's completely black except for a white shirt and a red tie (which took me ten attempts to do correctly, and then Hazel redid it anyway).

"You look fine." Reyna says from behind me. "Stop obsessing over it."
"But if it isn't perfect-"
"Then Will will love you the same as always, because one little mistake isn't going to make him think any less of you." She says sternly.

"But-"
"Shut up and go marry your boyfriend." She orders me. "Now." She looks at me expectantly as I do nothing. "Nico, seriously, now. It's starting!"
