part 25

~Calum's point of view~
"Calum!!!! Wake up mate!" I wake up to Mikey shaking me and yelling in my ear. "This better be good." I say looking at the clock. Its 6:00. "This is serious Cal." Luke says looking worried. My first thought is to make sure y/n is alright. "Is it y/n?!" I ask getting up. Nobody answers me. "Somebody better answer me. Dammit. I'm not kidding what happened to y/n?!"

Without getting anything out of the boys I go into the main room frustrated. I hear crying and turn to see y/n sitting on the couch. I feel a heavy weight lift off my shoulders. I run to sit by her side and hug her. She cries on my shoulder until she almost doesn't have any tears left. I just hold her and let her let it all out. She finally wipes away the tears and sits up. "I umm. . . I . . when I woke up this morning my parents weren't there. I turned on the news and there was a big huge car crash. On the road next to my house. There were at least 4 cars and nobody survived. My parents. They died in a car crash. I don't know what to do. Or where to go." She starts crying again and I understand why. She just lost her only family. And all at once. She sniffs and stands up, "well I've gotta go I'm gonna be late for school." I stand up too and grab her arm. "You can't go to school. You're a mess!" She sighs, "ha. Thanks. I just skipped a day yesterday. If I don't go today people will know something's up." I look at her astounded, "babe something is up! Your parents just died in a car wreck. Stay here with us and we can watch movies and chill until you are feeling better." She gave me a disgusted look, "As if I haven't noticed! I am going. Nothing you can say is going to stop me. Its my decision not yours. And I DON'T need your help." She says bitterly. She jerks her arm from my grip and angrily walks out the door. "Its okay mate she's just hurting. She didn't mean to be like that." Ash says trying to make me feel better. "Yeah I guess. But I'm just worried about her." I say and walk to my room to cool off.
