The Winchesters had finally found a way to get their younger brother out of the pit (like thats ever gonna happen) but the pit had left it's mark on the youngest Winchester, he was scarred. He'd have nightmares which left him screaming and terrified and he had hallucinations from Hell. You hated seeing him like that since, although you wouldn't admit it, you were in love with him, it was like love at first sight. He had been staying at the bunker for a while now and everyone had started to get use to him screaming in the middle of the night.
It had been a few months since you had moved into the room next to Adam so that you could go and help him when he had a nightmare. You were fast asleep in your room when you heard a scream from Adams room. You quickly got out of bed and ran into Adams room. There he was, in the corner breathing heavily and rocking back and forth. You started walking towards him.
"Adam?" he didnt respond
You knelt down right next to him and wrapped your arms around him
"Shh its okay, I got you, I wont let them hurt you" you could feel his breathing starting to get even
"Everything will be okay, your out of there and they wont get to you"
"b-but he-hes ri-right th-there" he managed to choke out
"Hey, look at me" he looked up at you with red puffy eyes "hes not here, its a hallucination, he can't hurt you and even if he tries hes gonna have to get through me" you said as you smiled at him and you heard his breathing even.
You walked him over to his bed and got up to go to your room when you felt someone grab you wrist
"Stay" he said, you looked back and smiled at him as you lied down next to him in the bed. He put his head on your chest and fell asleep.
"I love you" you said to him
"I love you too" he replied, you sat there in shock for a minute wasn't he asleep?
