Love Me Some Pie

*Cas's Point of View*

Dean was on a hunting trip and would be back at the bunker in a few hours, this gave me enough time to do something special for him, I was going to bake him a pie.

I started looking through the drawers " Flour...eggs...butter...milk...sugar" I mumbled to myself as I got all the ingredients out and placed them on the counter. I then pulled out the big mixer and placed that on the counter too.

I started adding all the ingredients into the running mixer, whole eggs, milk, butter and...flour. A huge cloud of white blinded me and covered me. Coughing I began to shake all the flour out of my hair.

I put in all the ingredients and put the dough into the pie crust pan, I let it bake while I went to watch this contraption with moving pictures, it had a funny name I can never remember. Dean had taught me how to make it work so I had something to do when I was alone in the bunker. I knew Sam was here too but he was probably researching on the case Dean was working on.

I was watching my third episode of this new TV show called "Notnatural" when I heard the door open and Dean walked in, I jumped off the sofa and went to hug him.

"I missed you" I whispered while I hugged him

"I missed you too angel" Dean said as he pulled away and smiled at me.

I smiled back at him "Oh, I have a surprise for you" I said pulling him into the kitchen which had eggs on the wall, flour all over the flour, butter on the ground and a measure bowl of sugar lying on the table with empty bowl that use to contain the flour and eggs that went into the pie crust.

He looked around and raised an eyebrow "Wow Cas, I love what you've done with the place"

I pulled out the pie and my heart broke into two, it was burnt from the top. I looked at Dean and he laughed before looking up at my face, his smile dropped when he saw the tears that had started to form in my eyes.

He came over to me and hugged me "Hey, angel, what happened?"

I looked down and mumble "I burnt the pie..."

I looked up to see him smiling "Pie?" he asked me.

"Yes, I baked you a pie" I told him and his face broke into a huge grin.

"Its okay angel I like it just the way it is" he said and I smiled back and went to cut a slice of the pie.

We both smiled at each other and cut a bite each, he smiled at me and I smiled back and we both took a bite of the pie at the same time, instantly our faces turned to those of disgust and we spit out the pie.

"God Cas, what the hell did you put in this?"

I look around and the bowl of sugar catches my eye "It seems like I forgot to put in the sugar, I'm very sorry Dean i was only trying to bake you a pie" I mumbled and looked own at my hands.

I looked up at Dean who smiled at me "Angel, its okay, that's the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me"

"Really?" Sams voice calls our attention "Dude I used to bake you pies every weekend"

Yeah, I have no idea. I'm so sorry for this.
