Chapter 17

Maahis P.O.V:

We all had reached the hospital with Abhi I was worried of what would happen, Aarav put his hand on my shoulder for a comfort. Karthik came and held me in his arms as I started to sob. Karthik gently stroked my hair,

"He will be fine..."
After a few hours the doctor came out,

"I'm sorry but Abhi has slipped into a coma." The doctor stated. I wanted to die right there how could Abhi fall into a coma!?!?? This is all my fault if only I could've understood him better. I took a seat in shock and buried my face into my hands, what if he never woke up?? I sent Tanya, Asha, and Aarav home to rest. Karthik stayed with me, a few hours later I woke up on Karthiks shoulder. I blinked a couple times and saw I had slobbered on Karthiks shirt, he was asleep I decided to go check on Abhi. I saw fresh coffee was being served I went there first, while I was walking to the coffee stand someone hit my shoulder while passing me. The guy was wearing a hoodie not that interesting, "Sorry.." He said. He looked like a burglar but I was too sleepy to care. I grabbed the coffee and went in Abhis room, my coffee slipped out of my hand because I saw an empty bed.

"Doctor!!!!" I yelled. He rushed to me, "Is Abhi awake???" He said. I gave the doctor a death stare, "No but he is gone..."
The doctors jaw dropped when he saw the bed, "Good morning guys!!" Karthik said yawning. He looked at the bed, "Oh no....." Karthik said.

"How can a person in a coma leave!!?!?" The doctor asked. Me and Karthik glared at the doctor and shook our heads.

Tanya's P.O.V:

I walked into my room all tired this Abhi created so much drama. For gods sake be a man and confess your love already!! Ugh, just the worst day to be wearing heels. A second later the electricity went out, "Dam it!!! The lights aren't supposed to be out!!!" I yelled in frustration. I went in the kitchen to get some candles, I searched the drawer trying to find the stupid candle.

"Hello..." A deep voice whispered behind me. A hand with a handkerchief in a second went on my nose. I felt really sleepy and slowly drifted away into the arms of a stranger.

A lot of suspense going on!! Question for you guys, do you like long or short chapters?? This one is a short one because first they are easy to write and I feel like it's an easy read. I feel like on occasions I will write long chapters but for a little while short chapters. What do you think i should do?? Note that this is a really really short chapter maybe a little longer then this is short for me.
Other then that I really hope you enjoyed the chapter!! My goal is to reach 2k by chapter 25, I really really want that goal to succeed!!
