Chapter 39

Mahiras P.O.V:

"Rahul?" I said. I walked to him and hugged him.

"Mahira how are you doing?" Rahul asked.

"I'm fine but what are you doing? I thought you business trip would take another 6 months!!" I asked.

"Well...I missed my mom and the kids the trip was getting boring without you too...." He said. I smiled and introduced him to Tanya's friends.

"So you are Rahul!! It's very nice to finally meet you!!" Asha said excitedly.

"You must be Asha right? Mama told me that you came up with a great idea!!" Rahul said.

"What idea?" I asked.

"Oh Asha suggested that Neeti and Abhi get married on the same day as us it will save money and time...." Rahul explained.
I was actually surprised that Neeti and Abhi were getting married I was feeling jealous but I didn't know why.

"Ya that is a great idea..." I said in vain.

"Come on Rahul I'll make you some tea you go rest you must be really tired!!" Aunty suggested. He excused himself while I went outside to get some fresh air.

Karthiks P.O.V:

The look on Abhis face when Mahira and Rahul hugged was priceless!! I could really tell he was jealous!! After everyone left the room I started to tease Abhi.

"Man Mahira made a good choice!!" I said.

"For what?" Abhi asked.

"Rahul!! He is freaking handsome!! They make a great couple!!" I teased.

"If you like him so much then why don't you marry him!!" Abhi said angrily.

"Yea I would if I was a girl!! Which I'm not sadly or I would be all over Rahul!"
I said not knowing what I was saying.

"Karthik are you thinking of turning gay?" Abhi asked.

"I was suppose to tease you!! But I always get teased! I don't like this game..." I said.

"Yea well what's our next plan?? I didn't even think about this Rahul!!" Abhi claimed.

"Well, we could just try to make Mahira jealous..." I suggested.

"How?" Abhi asked.

"With Neeti!! You can show affection to Neeti or something that will surely bring out the Maahi in Mahira!!" I answered.

"That's a great idea!!" Abhi said.

"Karthik?" Harsh said coming to me.

"Yea..."

"Well I won the bet so what are you going to give me?" Harsh asked.

"Anything you want..." I said.

"Mujhe sach chaihi hai...(I want the truth)"

Tanya's P.O.V:

I was sitting on the bed thinking about Rahul, Mahira is sure lucky to have him!

"What are you thinking of?" Neeti asked with Asha beside her.

"Rahul....he is so hot!! And sweet he is like a dream boy..." I said.

"Ha ha!! You are hilarious!!" Asha said.

"I'm serious!!" I said.

"Well whatever....anyways when should be the wedding day be?" Asha asked.

"I don't know what do you think Neeti?" I asked looking at her.

"Umm...I don't know but quick as possible because then Abhi can build the hotel and we can leave...." Neeti said.

Rahul's P.O.V:

I saw Maahi sitting peacefully outside, I decided to go to her sense she was not acting like the Mahira I knew.

"Mahira, are you okay?" I asked.

"Yea....it's nothing..." She said.

"Hey are you excited about the hotel?" I asked.

"What hotel?" Mahira asked.

"The one Abhi is building next door..." I answered.

"What!?!" Mahira said standing up.

"What happened?"

"Abhi can't do that!!! If that happens then that means the orphanage will close down!!!" Mahira yelled.
