Eren's POV

I still haven't told anyone about my relationship with Annie, I feel like Armin and Mikasa are starting to suspect, I know Annie would be very uncomfortable if someone knew about us, I don't understand at all why, but it's a decision we both made, I promised to take things slow, and I'll keep that promise.

-Eren, could we talk to you for a second?- Armin asked me, I looked at him and Mikasa for a second, tilted my head then shrugged my shoulders, the three of us walking to a corner of the classroom.

-You've been acting kind of weird lately, is there something you're hiding from us?...- It was Mikasa the one who asked this time, they both raised an eyebrow at me, their eyes looking for suspicious signs, I had to play it cool, if they found out I don't know who'll kill me first, Annie for not being careful enough, or Mikasa for not telling her.

-What could I be hiding from you guys? C'mon- I gave them a convincing smile, Armin smiled back and chuckled, Mikasa smiled for a second too, then returned to her blank and calm expression, that was a close, for sure.

-I wouldn't say so, Jaeger!- Oh god just kill me already, I turned around and saw Jean grinning from ear to ear, I smirked and replied.

-What is that you want, horse-face?- Every time I called him that, he would always seem to change to an angry expression for a second before returning back to the previous one.

-I have pictures in my phone where you- I quickly covered his mouth before he said anything else, he was surprised by this, I send him a glare, which only seemed to fuel his goal to show them the pictures, of what I'm afraid they'll be about.

-Hey what are you doing?! Give me back my phone!- He demanded, I shook my head quickly and kept the cellphone in my hand, he tried to get it back but I took hold of his wrists, and kicked him off his feet, I ran out of the classroom, and I'm sure as hell Jean's chasing me.

-Sorry! Excuse me! Move!- I started to apologize as I ran through the crowds and down the hall, I went looking through his gallery, until I found the pictures I was looking for, they were indeed pictures of me and Annie together, without noticing, I stopped running, making Jean crash against me. When we both tried to reach the phone that fell from my hands and onto the floor, someone else picked it up.

-Oh shit...- We both whispered at the same time, when we looked up to see who it was, we had chills running down our spines, we quickly got up as we saw Levi Ackerman, the most feared student in the whole high school, stand up in front of us.

-Is there a reason why you're causing such a mess?- He asks us, our eyes dart to the phone in his hands and he looks at the screen for a second, then back at us. We see him touch the screen a few times, then handles the phone back at Jean.

-I erased the pictures for you, now get out of here. Shitty brats- He turns around and walks away, Jean did the same and I returned back to the classroom, I sighed softly as I closed the door, meeting with the confused stares of Armin and Mikasa.

-Don't even ask- I told them, sitting down in my desk and resting my head on the palm of my hand. Thank goodness Levi is somehow a friend of mine, if he wasn't, who knows what would have happened.

After the class was over, I found Annie waiting for me outside the door, I gulped as I saw the serious, scary look on her face. I tried my best to smile warmly, but it came out as a nervous crooked and goofy grin.

-Levi told me what happened, the thing with the pictures- I was doomed, she was going to kill me, I protected my face with my arms, waiting for the worst, she dragged me to a corner and lowered my arms, but instead of doing it with brute force, she did it with gentleness.

-Eren, calm down I'm not going to beat you up this time- She told me, I was confused as to why she wouldn't beat me up and flip me off my feet. 

-We just gotta be more careful, alright?- Her expression changed into a soft one, she raised a brow, and I nodded, we both looked around for a second, before I planted my lips on her own, wrapping my arms around her waist and letting the kiss last more than supposed. She pulled back seconds after, and we let go of each other, my green eyes staring into her beautiful blue orbs.

-We... better get back to our classes...- She says, I look down for a second and nod, we pull apart and walk in different directions. even if I'm happy that I'm dating Annie, it still bothers me that she doesn't want others to know yet, I know she's not ready yet but... It kind of hurts me to not being able to hold her hand in public, to wrap my arms around her from behind, to surprise her with a kiss... I truly hope for the day I'm able to do that.
