Chapter 18 - Hogsmeade With Hermione and Ginny

  Isabelle's POV - The Next Morning
Only 4 more days until the Yule Ball. Boys in Hogwarts kept asking me. But I was waiting for someone special to ask me.
I sat up from bed and got my book out and start reading 'Catching Fire.'

So I sat there, reading that part about Katniss and Peeta, faking their love. I was shocked at that. It was almost breakfast, so I walked down there, with my book in my hand.

As I was walking, people were chatting and playing around.
Fred and George were pranking like always, but then...."Belle! Watch out!" I heard Fred.
I wasn't looking, I was so into the book.

So I ducked, without looking.
I can tell that everyone was surprised to see that. I continued to walk and entered the Great Hall.
I sat sat with Hermione, Ron, and Harry. They were eating and I was...well....reading the book.

Until......

"NO!" I shouted.
Harry and Ron got startled by me.

"I see you're on the second book of the Hunger Games, Belle." said Hermione.
I nodded. "Yeah."

"Then why did you shout?" she asked.
"Because." I replied, closing the book.

"Because...why?" she asked again.

"What do you think, Hermione? Just reading the book, makes my heart break." I said.

"What book are you reading again?" Ron asked.
"Catching Fire. It's the Hunger Games Series." I replied.
He looked at me weird. I just shrugged.

"Then why it makes your heart break even though you're reading it?" Harry asked.
I sighed. "The book was getting good. Until the part when Katniss and Peeta faked their love to each other."

"I know right, I was shocked when I read the book." said Hermione.

Ron looked at us weird. Expect for Harry.

"Who's Katniss and Peeta?" Ron asked.

I laughed. "They're in the book."

Ron was dumbfounded.
"But, I always imagine Peeta with blonde hair with blue gorgeous eyes." I said, hugging the book.
Hermione giggled. "I see that you're having a crush on Peeta."

"Sort of." I said.
Hermione giggled again. "I rather go with Gale."
"Gale? He's cute too, but I think Peeta's more handsome." I said.

"No, Gale is."
"Peeta is."

Hermione started to argue.

"Gale!''
"Peeta!"

On and on.

Until we realized what we were doing. We laughed.
"I guess it's a tie then." I said.

Harry started to laugh as for Ron...he looks more confused.

"Alright. Belle, you better eat your breakfast before it gets cold." said Harry.
I smiled. "Okay, big bro!"

Harry chuckled at that.

Draco's POV
I was sitting with Blaise. We were eating until I heard....
"Gale!"

"Peeta!"

Blaise and I turned to the Gryffindor Table. I saw Belle and that Mudblood talking.

"This is entertaining." said Blaise.
