Maddie's POV:
"Ugh..." I winced as I felt the baby kick. It wasn't long now until it was finally here.
"Are you ok?" Rebecca questioned.
"Yeah, the baby is just giving me a hard time." I yawned sleepily and snuggled in my bed.
Ever since my mom kicked me out for being pregnant I've lived in my own room with Laurie and Marie. My mom didn't understand what I told her about the blue medicine I invented. She thought I was lying.
"Hey Maddie? I'm going to tell my mom about the baby finally..." Rebecca told me slowly.
"Good. The sooner the better. And if she kicks you out you know you'll have a home right here." I smiled and placed a hand on my belly slowly. I was very sleepy right then.
Rebecca looked fearful but she knew she had to tell her mom eventually.
