Another one?

Maddie's POV:

I smiled at my little daughter as I rocked her in my arms. I absolutely love being a mother.

She yawned sleepily and snuggled silently in my arms. I then set her quietly in her make shift crib I had made for her.

I placed a hand on my belly and smiled. I was starting to show again.

Yeah you guessed it. I'm having another baby.

I'm four months in but it wasn't planned really. I was curious to see what would happen if you took more medicine while you were already pregnant. It turns out that you start making a new baby while you're still making the other one.

"Maddie!" I heard Rebecca knock on my door.

I opened the door and shushed her, gesturing to Heidi. Rebecca apologized quietly and slowly came in.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"I've got myself a boyfriend." Rebecca smiled almost dreamily.

"What? When did that happen?" I looked surprised.

"Last night...he's so great. I can't wait for you to meet him." Rebecca rambled.

"I hope he likes kids." I chuckle.

"Speaking of kids...are you having another one?" Rebecca gestured to my belly.

"Yeah...turns out if you take the medicine while you're already pregnant, you'll start making another baby at the same time." I explained.

"Aw! That's awesome." Rebecca looked happy for me.

"So when will I meet this boyfriend of yours?" I asked.

"You can come meet him now." Rebecca suggested.

"Alright, let me just get Heidi. I'm not leaving her here all alone." I stated and picked up my sleeping daughter gently.

We then walked out of the room.
