Hey guys, RaveDoggTV here. Before this chapter starts, I just wanna say thank you guys so much for all the support you've shown me and everything that I do. You guys are awesome; you should feel awesome, and if you wanna show some support, you can go ahead and slap that vote comment, leave a comment, share the story, and follow me.

Also, we're still on the quest to reach 10k reads and 300 votes on Into the Light by the end of 2025. So don't wait any longer, let's reach our goal.

On a bit of a tangent, these bots that are discussing "bringing my story to life" and leaving their Discord and Instagram usernames are getting rather annoying. Every time I see them, mixing up what is essentially the same song-and-dance routine and trying to scam me, I just can't help but laugh, delete their comments, and then block them. If you encounter bots commenting on your stories, don't hesitate to block them and delete their comments.

Hope you guys look forward to this chapter, and I'll see you all later!

Enjoy :>

(Azazel's POV)

Jaunary 9th, 2023 ME

Continuing from where we left off in the last chapter, we found ourselves trapped in a dimly lit cell within the foreboding walls of a Halwani prison. The air was thick with the scent of damp stone and despair, a stark contrast to the vibrant atmosphere of the saloon where we had been drugged. It became painfully clear that the king had orchestrated our capture, intending to ransom us back to the Inkadian government while simultaneously delivering me into the hands of the Darklings.

Vintage: This is absolutely ridiculous! How can someone of Rank X like myself end up in a cell with these low-ranking amateurs?" *Vintage grumbled, his usual bravado reduced to frustration*

His nose wrinkled in disdain as he gestured toward our fellow inmates, who all looked just as defeated.

Skull: Don't lose hope, Vintage... We're going to find a way out of this mess. *Skull replied, his voice steady and reassuring*

I turned to Diana, concern etched on my face.

Azazel: Captain, have you made contact with HQ? *I asked urgently*

Diana shook her head, her expression grim.

Diana: Can't do much while my hands are bound by this damn eelwire. Besides, it seems our signals are being jammed. *She explained, her voice tinged with annoyance*

Frye, ever the sore loser that she was, couldn't suppress her discontent any longer.

Frye: This isn't fair! I want out of here! *She whined, her cries echoing off the stone walls*

Suddenly, a guard struck the iron bars of our cell with his baton, silencing her complaints.

Guard: Quiet down in there. No talking!. *He barked, his glare cutting through the shadows*

Peering through the bars, I noticed a table just outside our cell, adorned with an assortment of fruits and cheeses. Among them lay a sharp knife, gleaming ominously in the low light. A spark of inspiration flickered within me.

Rider: You have a plan, don't you, 4? *Rider asked, his eyes locked onto mine with a mix of hope and curiosity*

Azazel: Oh, I've got a few ideas. *I replied, my mind racing with possibilities*

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes to focus on my telekinesis, tuning out the sounds of despair around me.

Pearl: Yo, what he up to? *Pearl asked, her voice barely a whisper*
