Chapter 8-

“What ya guys do… Oh my gosh!” Louis said interrupting Harry and I’s moment. Me and Harry looked at each other like we were in love forgetting that Louis was even there.

“Did I call that or what!” Louis said acting like our “love” was a game.

“Louis…Harry...I... I don’t know what to …” I was stuttering but got interrupted by a call from Max.

"I need to take this.” I told them while walking into Niall’s room for privacy.

“Hey Max how are you?” I asked thinking if I should tell him what happened.

“Hey baby. I’m good how are you? Have you found a job yet?” I walked around Niall’s room just looking at what he had.

“I’m okay. Max here’s the thing…” I trilled off telling him what I had done to myself.

“Are you okay? Are you hurt?”

“I only have a broken arm. I’m okay. This man got me and took me to the hospital.”

“Babe, maybe you should just come home. I’ll take care of you.” Max pleaded trying to get me to come back.

“No because my mom she would baby me and tell me that I can’t move out because she will think I stopped trying.” I begged him to let me stay.

“If you can find a job in three days then I’ll let you stay.” I hung up my phone and walked out of Niall’s room. I didn’t see Harry or Louis out. I walked back to the main room where I found all them looking at Paul. I felt awkward walking in. Paul stopped talking when he saw me.

“Hi, uh sorry I got a call. I better go thank you for everything. Maybe we can meet sometime later. I have to find a job in three days so wish me luck.” I started gathering all of my things when someone grabbed my shoulder.

“I bet we can get you a job really quick.”  I turned around to find Niall looking into my eyes.

“How?” I asked looking at them all one by one. Harry and Louis were chatting, probably about me. Paul looked nervous and I could tell that he didn’t want me to work with them. Niall smiled and Liam walked over to us.

“Don’t you think that Jodi could work as a manager or hair stylist?” Liam said. I looked over at Paul. He really didn’t want me here.

“Are you sure?” I finally got out. All of the boys agreed but I wanted Paul’s approval too.
