Surprise, Surprise

You'll never believe how my day went! Guess what I had done!?

Nothing! Absolutely NOTHING!

How fun i that?!

You want to know what the fun filled day for Max was? Just sitting around all day long doing absolutely nothing while he was on a conference call with my father while i sat on the couch watching 'Adventure Time' and Sponge bob Square pants, pigging out on nothing but junk food! Hooray for high metabolism or else I would be over three hundred and something pounds!

Yes I'm being sarcastic.

Seriously though, Max totally got my hopes up! I was thinking we were going to a theme park or at least shopping but no just same old, same old on the weekends. Except he's not watching my every move. You would think it's creepy but I kinda like it. Makes me feel as though he's a spy and I'm a suspect in some devious crime! Wow, I really need to stop thinking so hard on these fantasies of mine.

If your wondering...no, I'm not still sitting in my pajamas. I decided to just throw on a  grey Muse t-shirt, some black Sofie shorts and Happy Bunny slippers. Why dress to impress when the guy isn't even in the room? And even if he was he wouldn't pay attention...the only time he really paid attention was when I wore my footie sponge bob pajamas, and it definitely wasn't a 'dress to impress' get-up.

Oh my god I don't think I've ever been this bored since the time Max and I plaid gold fish during a thunderstorm...it was pretty boring but this takes the cake.

"Claire! Where are you?" Max called walking down the hall from behind me.

"I'm in the living room, have been for the past three hours...just thought I would let you know!" I yell back while munching on some Pringles.

"Three hours really? Don't you have a /date/ with Josh today?" He joked.

"No, that's tomorrow." I said back not denying the date part but at least it got a reaction, the look on Max's face is priceless. Again, deer in headlights.

"Wait so it is a date?" He said not meeting my eyes but staring at the t.v. but you could tell he wasn't really watching it.

"And what if it was?" I said crossing my arms and sitting Indian style on the sofa.

"Then everything you just said about yall's relationship was nothing but a lie and you were just wanting to feed me bullshit." He said with such anger behind his words but it just confused me.

I sigh. "No, it wasn't bullshit and I'm just joking about the 'date' thing. Take a chill pill Maxi-pad."

"Stop calling me that!" his eyes flashed with anger but humor as well.

He finally decides to walk over and sit with me. "Take it back!"

"Take what back?" I ask beating around the bush.

"Take back for calling me Maxi-pad."

"Nah, I think I'll stick with it." I smile mischievously.

"Claire!" Max whined.
