I looked at the guns and picked up one of the Bal-27 Hybrid Sights
"Ov-" I cut him off
"Yeah, yeah. Over there and start, blue means friends and red is enemies" I said absent minded
"And overdrive battery goes quickly so use it wisely" I added as I stared at the gun blankly
"How do I load it?" I asked, he chuckled and showed me how to load it
"Thanks" I mumbled, I walked up the 3rd station
"Pull the trigger back and it'll shoot, that number is how many is loaded and the smaller number is how many other loads you can use" He said, I nodded already knowing all this, I looked up
Computer: Activating Target Training
I gulped, I had never shot a real gun before, and then again this was a dream. I felt someone stand behind me, I guess so I didn't fly backwards when I shot.
Computer: Begin round 1
A red triangle human appeared, I aimed the gun at it and shot. A loud squeal came from me as I hit the person behind me, I guess it was Gideon because he was the only one behind me.
"Careful" he whispered in my ear, I could just see the smirk on his face. I rolled my eyes as my cheeks heated up and kept shooting all the red ones.
All the blue stuff disappeared once I finished killing all the red ones and accidentally hitting some blue ones
Computer: Training over
Computer: Your score was good.
I turned and saw Gideon smiling still behind me
"Good job" he mumbled
"Let's go" he said as he walked out, I rolled my eyes following him.
"We're going to the Grande range now" he said as I jogged over to him
"You sure you can keep walking in them? And running?" he asked, I nodded
"I did 100m walk/jog in them" I said smiling, he chuckled
"Is there anything you can't do?" he asked, I nodded
"I can't get my best friend out of his coma" I mumbled. We walked outside and crossed the road over to the Grande range. It was about 3 stories, first story was the ground, second was slightly afar from where you stand and then the top one. There was hiding spots all over the area, I gulped
"I can't do this" I said looking at Gideon, he chuckled and stood next to me picking up a grenade
"See this button?" he asked, I nodded as he pointed to a quiet large button under a small screen with a red word on it.
"Push that and it changes the type" he said, I blinked confused on how the hell that could do that.
"Pull this and throw it" he said pointing a pin that overlapped onto the side. I gulped and nodded
"Throw a threat grenade" he ordered, I sighed and looked at the grenade and saw that it said threat, I pulled the pin than threw the Grande as far as I could. It hit the wall and rebounded into one of the side buildings. I gasped in surprise as I saw red figures running around the buildings through the walls
"Good throw. Now shoot through the wall to hit them" he said, I grabbed the gun and aimed at the ones in the top first then the rest
"EMP's to take drones out" He said as two drones came out of the buildings. I pushed the button on the Grande switching it from Threat to Smart to EMP. I then threw it into the air and it blew the drones up.
A big target with a red circle on it appeared on the top building and started moving
"Smart grenade I know" I said switching the next grenade to a smart one then throwing it towards the target, it had two rockets coming out of the sides and flew into the target. I turned to him
"Run it again for a real challenge" he said smirking, I rolled my eyes and set the course again.
I hit everything perfectly then once it finished turned to Gideon
"Was that meant to be hard?" I asked making him chuckle
"Right now Mitchell has finished training and the house is nearly back up so we'll head there now so you can train with that" he said, I nodded and followed him through a bunch of different places then walked into a building that had rows of guns
