Chapter 1: Him

Green-blue light filled the room, shadows danced across the walls.

Currently, a brunet sat at his computer desk, gazing at his screen with a white mask fixed onto his face.

A brunet leaned closer to his computer as 1s and 0s ran up and down across his screen.

"H-Hey~th-there~!"

The brunet jumped as his sea-blue eyes widened with shock.

An exact copy of him stared at him from behind the computer screen.

"Wh-What's wrong? N-Never l-looked yourself i-in the mirror?"

"Who are you?"

The brunet narrowed his gaze at the computer screen.

The clone cackled and pointed at himself, a piece of the the mask on the clone's face crumbled away.

A single sea-green eye was revealed and glowed with insanity and mirth.

"M-Me? I-I'm you. R-Right, Cry?"

"Bull."

The brunet, Cry, reached for the black pistol at the corner of his desk.

Suddenly, a pixelated hand grabbed his own.

Cry widened his eyes at the hand before quickly turning his gaze back to his screen.

The brunet didn't have time to react when his throat was suddenly grabbed and he was hoisted up into the air.

"Wh-Wha--?!"

The clone exited the computer and stepped into the room, still holding Cry up in the air.

The pixelized haze surrounding the clone slowly faded; he looked lifelike.

The clone's sea-green eyed glowed brightly in the computer-lit darkness.

"Y-You can c-call me V-Virus~!" The clone, Virus, closed his eye and curved it upwards into a eye-smile. "And I'm g-goin' ta' kill ya'!"
