When my airplane finally arrived, I got nervous. It was a completely new place with new faces and I was all alone. A pair of girls were chatting about school and I wished I had a friend. They already had someone to lean on but I'd have to trek the whole college experience alone. I knew there was someone waiting to pick me up; one of the schools helpers, but that wasn't enough to calm my jittering emotions. It took 30 minutes but I finally got my luggage and started walking out to the waiting area, keeping an eye out for the person. I could not explain how nervous I was. The excitement I had felt back home gave way to paranoia. What if I never make friends here? I shook my head at the thought and scanned the crowd for anyone. That when I spotted the sign with my university's name. Sighing with relief, I walked over to the boy holding the sign. He looked to be a year or 2 older than me with blondish brown hair and crystal blue eyes. He was gorgeous to say the least.

"Hey, I'm Autumn Lancaster." I said and he looked down at a sheet of paper.

"Oh hello autumn! I'm Lucas! Can I call you Fall?" He asked and gave me a wink at the joke he made, probably thinking he was the first to do so. Oh college boys.

"Yes you may." I said with a tired smile.

"Awesome. You're the first one to arrive. Just need to wait a bit more for others. We're expecting 3 more in the next  half hour." He took another look at his list and smiled "Looks like you're going to be meeting your roommate today! Jessica Walters."

The butterflies returned to my stomach. Would I like her? Would she like me? Will we even tolerate each other? Lucas must have seen the look on my face and told me to relax.

"You did that roommate questionnaire, right?" He asked and I nodded. It was basic questions about what I liked and disliked, what time I usually get home, did I need quiet to study etc. It helped them pair off roommates. "Then you're fine. Just try to think about the fun you'll have this week! Frosh week!"

I gave him a smile and nodded, my gut still churning. Not long after, a petite blonde came right to us. She had platinum blonde hair and the warmest hazel eyes I've ever seen. In all honesty, she looked like she stepped out of a country club brochure with her perfect skin and manicured nails. I put my hands behind my back self consciously.

"Hey! I'm Jessica Walters!" She said with a big grin. The knot in my stomach doubled in size. She even sounded like she belonged in a country club.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Lucas. Meet Autumn here. She'll be  your roommate." He pointed at me and I gave her a wave and a smile. She glanced at me with a wild look on her face. Lucas's phone started ringing so he excused himself to take the call but before leaving he gave us the "Get to know each other." stare. As if this was the cue she had been waiting for, Jessica started talking.

"Autumn right, as in Autumn Lancaster?" She was nearly squealing. I was appalled to say the least over the fact that this girl I've never met knew who I was.

"Yes! How did you know?" I asked carefully, trying to conceal my surprise.

"Everyone knows you!" She was giving me this look like I should know what she was saying. She sighed and beckoned for me to lean in. "You're the Luna autumn. All the werewolves in north America know you."

I reeled back in shock. Did that mean she was a werewolf too? What happened back home almost seemed like a dream but hearing her say it now only solidifies what happened. Werewolves really and truly did exist.

"But how did you know?" I asked curiously. How did every werewolf in north America know me was a better question.

"It's a thing with werewolves. When the alpha meets the Luna, everyone in the pack knows who she is. It's kind of like a telepathic link. We've known about you for over a year." She said in her bubbly voice. It did make perfect sense. Ash and Sam both knew it even before Adam and I got together. Ash even called  me alpaca to save himself.
