Chapter 15

Gray's POV

I wasn't aware that ice mages can freeze people. I just hugged her and she froze like ice. "Juvia, I missed you" I said. She didn't reply instead she wanted to break free from the hug.

"Stop it, Gray" Lyon said as he took Juvia from my arms. Juvia was hugging Lyon ever so tightly like she wont ever go.

"Ha?" Was all I can hear from the background. I could hear What? , Impossible! , Isn't Juvia in love with Gray? , What happened? Such annoying statements.

Suddenly Erza came to drag me back to our part of the stadium. "Erza, I thought she loved me" I said. "Love-D Gray, We can't do anything about how she feels towards you hence you can divert her feelings for you" I sighed at her advice.

"The first match would need one player per guild. The game is simply like hide and seek. Each representative will hide for a seeker will find you. You are given 50 minutes to play and those who are still unfound will all get 3 points."

The guilds were deciding on who will play. "Lamia Scale will be played by Juvia!" One of the hosts stated.

"I'll play" I said as I stepped out. "Fairy Tail will be represented by GRAY FULLBUSTER!!!"

"Sabertooth will be played by Rufus!"

"Blue Pegasus will be represented by Eve!"

"Fifth Creation will be played by Yuki!"

"Mermaid Heel's Beth!"

"Quatro Cerberus is represented by Warcry!"

All of us was suddenly teleported into a dome. It was in the middle of the Grand Magic Games Stadium though. We're supposed to hide in a modern city. (Like the cities we have nowadays. Take note that they aren't in the modern days yet.)

A blue head suddenly caught my attention. I immediately followed her secretly. She was going in one of those high buildings that look so modern. The building had glass panels, Beautiful ornaments and it looked new.

She went in a little steel room
[an elevator] so I followed her and now she noticed me.

She stopped her tracks the moment she noticed me. She fisted her hands and a magic ring formed around her. "I'm not gonna hurt you" The magic ring around her faded. 

The steel door closed. [The elevator closed] "Please stay away from Juvia. Juvia is not ready." She said sadly.

"Juvia I jus-" She cut me off. "Stay away from me.Before I hurt you!"

Her body started to glow and a magic circle formed. Water started to float out of nowhere. Her hands were starting to absorb the water. She was ready to attack. Wow! She's gotten more powerful.

[Spoiler: Gray will eventually learn ice devil slayer magic, so if you only watch anime there are new moves I might use and some are made up]

My hair started to stick upwards. The color of my eyes changed into bloody red. "Ice devil's shield!"

I fortunately blocked her attack. "You've gotten stronger, Juvia" I complimented. "Please don't talk to Juvia as if we know each other." my heart broke into pieces.

"Juvia, am I a stranger? I'm Gray Fullbuster" I said with slight sob in between and tears in my eyes.

The weird steel doors suddenly opened [elevator doors opened] Revealing Rufus sitting on a chair smiling.

"I'm very sorry to break the romance but I must win this for sabertooth." He saw Juvia behind me.

"I entered this match so I could have a re-match with Gray Fullbuster, I don't want any interruptions" He stood from his chair.

"May the twentieth star judge you, Memory make: Ice Meteor" A huge glowing meteor could be seen from the window.

The meteor was going to crash the window. "Water Barrier" Juvia made a barrier out of water. The meteor couldn't enter.

"Impressive" Rufus smiled. I guess I'm going to have to take him down. "Ice make: Silver" "Water Nebula" Me and Juvia said together.

Rufus tried to make a move but he was too late. He fell on his back with a smirk. "This is the power of Fairy Tail" He said.

"Juvia will have to settle this" I guess I have to beat her to. "Water Slash" She chanted. "Ice make: Devil's zero edge sword" I don't want to hurt her but I have to.

Her water slash evened my Devil's Zero Edge Sword. A question popped in my head. "Juvia, are you with Lyon?" I saw a slight blush.

"Juvia doesn't talk to strangers but if Juvia must answer then it's a yes" I feel hopeless. It isn't her fault. She would confess, kiss, follow, cling, and protect me everyday and night three years ago yet I broke her heart.

Tears started to form my eyes. "I'm very sorry for hurting you Juvia, I was an Idiot. I'm really d*mn sorry. I know words aren't enough to express how much you've been hurt."

At least now, she's now looking at my eyes.

"Juvia, I miss your fair skin, sweet smile, you're ocean blue hair I miss you being in Fairy Tail"

Tears went down to my cheeks. "Don't worry Juvia will return because of a promise Juvia made to master." I thought she would return for me. I bit my lips.

"TIME IS UP, BOTH GUILDS GET THREE POINTS"

"I'm looking forward for your return" Dang it I'm not looking forward I'm d*mn excited.

The city faded and I was suddenly between Erza and Mirajane. "How is Juvia?" Erza asked. " She's better off without me because she has Lyon" 

"LYON VASTIA?" Mirajane and Erza's jaw dropped.

I remember when Juvia would follow me and I pretend to not notice. When I pretend to fall asleep at night she would go home and I would secretly follow her. I'd make an ice staircase to her window so I could see if she has fallen asleep. I could see all the Gray-sama dolls she made by herself. She would make a list of 100 things I would love to do with Gray-sama but I would purposely break her intentions.

All because of my pride. I didn't want anybody to see me fall for a weird water mage but now I'm proud to say that
