Before anything else, I would like to apologize for the delay. I've been busy with school stuffs this term. And I never had a chance to update any of my stories. So I hope you'll understand and thank you all for the supports and comments. You guys are the best! So enjoy reading.
Tracy's Point of View:
"Is it possible to fall in love with two guys at the same time?" I asked Zoe while she is watching television in my room and sitting reluctantly next to me. She looked directly into my eyes as if she is reading my thoughts. Then gasped for air before she can finally answer.
"Love? No." She stated.
"You know what? Just think of it this way, time decides who you meet in life, your heart decides who you want in your life and your behavior decides who will stay in your life. You only have one heart, honey and that heart is meant to beat for one person alone" she added. Well she made a point there. All I can do is simply smile at her and nod in agreement. As if my tongue wants to say something but words won't come out.
"Well, have you ever come to a point in your life where you don't know who to choose?" I asked her again.
"Yes and let me tell you something. It's not that easy to overcome that situation. It's a battle between my mind and heart" she answered.
"So what did you do?" I asked.
"I listened to my heart and that is also what you need to do. Other people's opinion shouldn't matter anymore. As long as it makes you happy then do it" she cheered me up. I'm so glad I have Zoe in my side. She portrays an elder sister that I wish I had.
"You know honey, when you're in love you don't need to know how and why you're in love. You just simply feel it and you must go with the flow. Oh well I have to go now. They must be looking for me downstairs besides its almost dinner time. I need to prepare in the kitchen" She tapped my shoulder as she she bid her farewell. .
"Thanks Zoe" I smiled at her.
"You're welcome, Tracy" she answered before she left my room. I decided to leave my room to get some fresh air in the rooftop so I can make up my own mind. I checked my phone for the very last time and saw several missed call from Austin.
Oh Austin, I'm so sorry but I really can't talk to you right now. I don't think I'm even ready to hear your explanations.
I gasped for air and sit at the wooden bench while looking at the stars above. I reminisced every single moment that I spent with Austin but then a thought of what happened earlier interrupted it. Austin told me about Brianna's pregnancy and she is claiming that he is the father of her expected child. I just don't get it. Why would she tell him that he is the father? Austin and I are going out for five months now and Brianna is three months pregnant. Is it really possible that he is the father? But I know Austin, he'll never cheat on me.
I closed my eyes and a tear fell from it. What is happening to me? Why does it have to be this complicated?
"Crying again?" A familiar voice asked and as I opened my eyes I saw him.
"You're such a cry baby" he smirked then sit beside me.
"I'm not crying, what are you doing here?" I asked Scott. Is it just me or Scott kept on appearing every time I'm not in the mood to talk to someone?
"I should be the one asking you that" Yeah, right. I can't deny the fact that he is the son of the owner of this house.
"I just need some time to think" I answered.
"You could've just told me earlier so I can leave you alone" he stated and stood up.
"No, Scott. please stay" I answered then he stopped and looked at me.
"You don't need to ask me, I'll always be here" he said as he wiped the tears in my eyes. My head rested on his left shoulder and I closed my eyes for the second time around and feel this moment. I don't know what it is I'm feeling right now but Scott eases all the pain I'm feeling right now. I know this isn't right but a part of me is happy and I don't want to think of anything else aside from us. It feels like were the last people on earth and I don't even mind.
