3rd Person POV

???: "Khh!" A man grunted as his torso was pierced by an arm.

He didn't expect to die like this, especially not at the hands of a body without a soul. As blood dripped out of his mouth, he wondered how his wife, Sylvia, and his daughter, Elmesia, would react to his death.

Yes, this man was Sarion, the husband of Sylvia and the father of Elmesia. He was a High Elf, one of the strongest races in the world. And yet, here he was, pierced by the arm of a body.

It wasn't an ordinary body, though, as it once belonged to the right-hand man of Veldanava, Rimuru Nava. His long, platinum-blue hair swayed elegantly, even as his bright golden eyes had a feral glint, as he pulled out his arm from Sarion's body.

It had been given its own life thanks to the Spirit Art of Resurrection performed by Milim Nava, but since it's just a body, it had no ego. Hence, it only craved destruction.

Sarion collapsed as soon as the feral body let go of him. He no longer had the strength to even move. His vision had become blurry, unable to concentrate on anything except for the pain that constantly nagged him.

As he struggled to focus, his vision focused on an attack that sent the feral slime flying. It was a fire blast, a basic yet effective attack. Turning his head slightly, he found his wife rushing towards him, as she was the one responsible for attacking the feral body.

Sylvia: "Sarion!" She yelled in concern as she knelt beside him. Her expression betrayed distraught and horror as she observed the condition of her husband.

Sarion: "My beloved Sylvie... I am sorry I couldn't last much longer...." He muttered with a small smile on his face.

Sylvia: "It's alright, my love! I'll... I'll find a way to cure you. Don't worry." She muttered desperately as she got ready to use healing magic to cure his wound.

As Sylvia began to use her magic, Sarion spotted the emperor of the Eastern Empire, Rudra Nasca, and an insectar behind her. Suddenly, the emperor sensed something, and after looking to his left, his eyes widened as he turned back to Sylvia.

Rudra: "Sylvia, watch out!"

Sylvia: "!!!" Before she could react, the feral beast lunged at her and flew off to a distant land, whilst pushing her violently.

Rudra: "Zelanus, quick! We have to catch up to them before that slime kills her." He remarked in alarm as he flew off, with Zelanus, the insectar, following suit.

As Sarion was left alone, his vision got even more blurry, which made him sense his impending doom. Just as he felt his consciousness fading, he spotted a black silhouette towering over him and speaking to him, though he couldn't understand what they were saying.

Meanwhile, the body crashed into the Canaat mountains, with Sylvia taking the full brunt of the impact. Recovering quickly, she immediately delivered a kick to the feral body's gut, causing him to be heavily pushed back.

As she stood up, the feral slime growled in rage before charging at her, delivering a jab to her face, only for her to block it and deliver an uppercut punch to its jaw, the impact pushing its head upwards.

What followed next, however, was a headbutt from the slime that stunned Sylvia for a bit. Using this opportunity, the beast then launched a straight punch at her face, which ended up pushing her back severely while breaking her nose.

Sylvia: Damn it, this guy's tough...

After coating her aura over her whole body, she lunged at him, delivering several punches and kicks, most of which were blocked. The slime, however, was mauling her with several bone-crushing attacks, each one making a huge impact on her defense and endurance.
