3rd Person POV

Darkness. That's all that enveloped the SubSpace. It was a vast, empty part of existence—one that held all dimensions together. Yet, these dimensions didn't even occupy a fraction of that place.

Everything ever created existed in this very expanse, with only the Eternal Destination, the World Law, and the Ultimate Nothingness being beyond it. However, there was one factor that really urged Veldanava to come here.

It was the only place where you could communicate with the Holy Wills of Nature. Their existence was in a plane higher than even dimensions, making them form avatars in order to descend there.

Yet, the SubSpace was a plane fit for them. It was a plane of existence that could be described as the edge of creation itself.

As Veldanava stood in this vast, empty expanse which neither hosted time nor space, his eyes were narrowed whilst he was lost in thought. Analysing what he got from both Ivarage and Rimuru, he spotted two techniques that piqued his interest.

The first one was Ivarage's [End of Existence]. According to her memories, she had planned to use it to destroy the Central World, but she had apparently underestimated the level of her attack.

It didn't just scale to the Central World, but to the whole of existence itself, down to the very last infon—similar to Veldanava's Initialise Heaven. Had she lived long enough, she could've perceived the true power of this attack on her own.

However, the more absurd technique was [Void Requem], which Rimuru had used to nullify her [End of Existence]. It seemed to scale higher than both that and Initialise Heaven, though the latter could potentially be stronger as it was a Divine Miracle.

This begged the question: if Rimuru and Ivarage's attacks caused an explosion capable of wiping out all of existence, how were the barriers deployed there able to resist?

There were only two barriers. One was deployed by Rimuru, and the other was deployed and amplified by the rest of the cosmic beings in the Central World. They shouldn't have been capable of withstanding such an inevitable doom... so how did they?

Unless... Rimuru was actively limiting the attack's destruction. Unlike Ivarage, Rimuru was very much aware of the destruction his attack could bring, so whilst he attacked, he simultaneously amplified the first barrier that he himself had created with Nihility, being capable of this thanks to [Azathoth]'s Parallel Operation, which initially belonged to [Knowledge King Raphael].

This further implied that he wasn't giving all of his focus to the attack, making Veldanava wonder what would've happened if Rimuru had fully focused on the attack alone (aside from the destruction of existence).

Veldanava: Haha, seems like Rimuru was rising to an existence equal to my own.

It was a shocking fact, yet it didn't matter since Veldanava himself was a higher existence than before, one that could manipulate the laws of existence to an unprecedented degree.

Leaving his thoughts aside, Veldanava focused his aloof gaze on the vast void of darkness in which he stood. His eyes then began to glow, the specks in his hair radiating slightly more, as he raised his hand and accessed the very depths of the SubSpace.

Veldanava: Oh, Manifestation of Nothingness. I, the Creator God, seek to converse with you. Manifest before me.

At first, nothing happened. Why would anything happen? The Holy Wills of Nature aren't beings who like to interact directly. They only manifest their avatars in the Central World to exist beyond the SubSpace. Why would they answer anyone's call?
