Chapter 7: Dark Origins

Toy Chica's POV

Balloon Boy tried to wake Foxy up, while Dez broke the chains off of her brother's arms. He hugged her.

"I'm so sorry, Scotty. I didn't want you to get involved with this," she whispered.

"It's OK, Dezzykins. I want to keep you safe. Now I know what you've been dealing with. But since you used your twilight on him, doesn't that mean..." He began.

"Yeah, Scott. It does, unfortunately," she sighed.

"What does what mean?" Foxy grumbled as he sat up, rubbing his head.

"Well, I used my twilight on Springtrap, so now... He's a part of me!" She explained. The room went dead silent. Then Destiny started crying.

"It be OK, lass. We'll find a way to fix this," Foxy soothed her. An earsplitting scream escaped Dez's throat.

"The fire is out of control! Somebody help me!" She wailed, pounding on the floor.

"Dez! It's OK! We're all here!" I held her shoulders. She began to sob, but her breath halted in her throat.

"Sis! DD!" Scott shook her. She stopped breathing, and fell back.

"Springtrap has done something to her!" Her brother realized.

"Lassie! Please don't do this! I need ye! Please!" Foxy wailed. Her eyes lost focus, and her chest refrained from moving. She's... gone. Again.

Destiny's POV

I can't breathe. My vision is blurry. I can only hear my love screaming out to me. Vincent is strangling me with my own twilight.

"You can't make me suffer. I am not so easy to get rid of," he snapped. I formed a sword from my subconscious and attacked him, forcing him to the ground, knocked out. My breath returned and I sucked in a lungful of air.

"Lassie! Oh, thank the seven seas! What happened to ye?" Foxy choked.

"Vincent... strangled me," I croaked. My voice was hoarse, and I spiraled into a fit of coughing.

"Come, you need to sleep," Scott picked me up. Foxy directed him to the cove, and my big brother laid me down on the couch.

"He's going to torment me, Scott. I shouldn't have used my twilight," I whispered.

"It was your best bet, sis. You couldn't have done anything else," he retorted. My eyes fluttered closed, and my world fell into my dreams.
