Chapter 8: She's Still Here

Eden's POV

My best friend is dead. I'm 15 now. Me and Aaron hang out more now, since Destiny is gone. I miss her so much. I wish I could see her again. The sound of my phone ringing snapped me out of my thoughts. I picked it up and noticed it was Aaron calling me.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hey, Eden. How would you like to come with me to Freddy's while I work the night shift?" He asked. My mood perked up.

"Sure! I'd love to go. I would like to see if I can communicate with Destiny's spirit," I agreed.

"Hahahahaha. Well, I'll be over there in five minutes. Make sure you're dressed nice. I want you to have a good impression on Mr. Fazbear," he chuckled. I hung up and got dressed in my best dress. Five minutes later, Aaron and I strolled down the street to the pizzeria. The sight brought back memories.

"Hey guys, it's me! And I brought a friend!" He hollered. Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, Goldie, and all of the Toys came out from their spots.

"Ahoy, Aaron! Who be this little lass?" Foxy pointed to me with his hook.

"This is Eden. She had a birthday here, and she's Destiny's best friend," Aaron announced. I heard a thumping noise from Foxy's cove, and the curtains pulled apart, revealing... DESTINY!!!

"Eden? Is it really you?" She flipped off of the stage and walked towards me.

"Yes, but... Is it really you? Or is this an apparition I see before me?" I hesitantly met her.

"See for yourself," she spread her arms. I reached out and grabbed her hand. My heart thundered in my chest.

"It is you! You're alive!" I cried, leaping into her open arms.

The others looked on while Destiny and I embraced. It felt like we stood there forever, until Destiny broke away.

"Destiny, I can't believe..." I began. She raised a hand to silence me.

"I want to tell you all now, my new nickname is Shadow. Since I can no longer turn fully human, I cannot live by the name Destiny. Henceforth, my new name is Shadow," she informed us. Foxy hugged her from behind.

"I think that name suits ye," he nuzzled into her neck.

"Awwww, you guys are so cute!" I swooned.

"Aye. Honestly, and no offense, lass, but I'm surprised our relationship lasted this long," Foxy noted.

"Wait a second. Why are you both here?" Shadow questioned.

"I work the night shift, and I brought Eden here to see you," Aaron nudged me. Shadow nodded and began quaking.

"Oh, no! She's having another memory!" Bonnie cried. My best friend cowered behind Goldie and screamed.

"Foxy, help me!" She wailed. I sped to her side and pressed down between her neck and shoulder, shutting her system down.

"What was that?" Goldie laid her down gently.

"Pressure point. When she has anger problems or she's going crazy, I pressure point her and her system shuts down and Nigtorra fixes her issues," I told them. Shadow bolted up, eyes wide.

"Thanks, Eden. I didn't think you remembered that," she patted my shoulder. The clock struck twelve.

"Well, time for me to go to work. Come hang out whenever you want," Aaron announced and moved to his station. I'm glad I have my friend back.

Sorry it's short. My mind isn't working properly, and my body hurts from JROTC athletic practice, and I have to go again tomorrow. Wish me luck. PEACE OUT MAH WOLVES!!!
