Chapter 20: Not Them!

Bonnie's POV

Goldie was acting very strange this evening. He was all paranoid, and the slightest thing made him teleport unnaturally. I walked up to him and tapped on his shoulder, getting the same response.

"Oh, Bonnie. It's only you. What's up?" He sighed, teleporting in front of me.

"What's wrong? You've been very jittery today," I told him. He rubbed the back of his neck nervously, running his hand through his messy golden hair.

"Uh, it's nothing. Just that the Shadows are coming," he mumbled. Not them! Anybody but them!

"Hey, guys! Why do you look so freaked out, Gold?" Shadow approached us. Gold opened his mouth to speak, but all that came out was a squeak.

"Really?" Shadow raised an eyebrow. I saw what had Goldie frozen, and I too froze.

"What is wrong with you guys!" She demands. I turn her around, showing her the black mist forming behind her.

"That's not mine! Who is that?" She spluttered. The figure manifested itself into the form of... Shadow Freddy.

"Hello, Golden! Hello, Bonnie! It is so nice to see you again," he greeted us, ignoring Shadow.

"H-hi Shadow Freddy. Long time, no see?" I stammered. I did not want to see him right now.

"Who is this lovely little lady?" He turned to Shadow, lifting her chin with a sharp-nailed finger.

"Get yer hands off me girlfriend, Shadow Freddy. I don't think she wants ye touching her," Foxy sped in. I looked at Shadow and she had a blank face, almost like she was holding her anger in. Shadow Freddy let go and clapped a hand on Foxy's shoulder.

"She's a fine-looking girl. I'd kill for a girl like you, sweet cheeks," he winked. Shadow burst up to him and slapped him hard.

"Flattery gets you nowhere, buster. And by the way, I have a name," she snarled.

"May I have your name, then?" He rubbed his cheek.

"Shadow. It used to be Destiny, but now I go by Shadow. Don't try anything," she growled, grabbing Foxy's arm and departing furiously.

"Wow. Is she this intense?" He whistled.

"Yeah, but I wouldn't recommend screwing with her," I nodded. He smiled and the other Shadows appeared. Oh, god, looks like they're here for a while.

Shadow Freddy's POV

I really like that Shadow girl. She's fierce, strong, and... kinda sexy. I'm surprised she chose that fox. Why would she be with him when she can be with someone just like her?

"What are you thinking, Shadow Freddy?" Shadow Bonnie asked.

"How to make Foxy's girl mine," I say nonchalantly. He smirks and nudges me.

"There's only one way... corruption. Force her to be yours. You know what I'm talking about," he winks and walks away. As a matter of fact, I do! Hehehehehehehehe. And I know just how to put this plan into action. Later that evening, when Foxy was asleep, I went into the security office to find the girl in the chair.

"Hi," I announced my presence.

"What do you want?" She snapped.

"I just want to get to know you better. I think we got off on the wrong foot earlier. Shadow Freddy, Goldie and Freddy's brother," I put my hands up, then held one out. She shook it firmly.

"Shadow, mutant wolf. Well, I bet you can tell by my ears and tail," she smirked.

"I didn't know you were a mutant," I examined her tail. She sighs.

"It's a long story. I'm sure you don't want to hear my pathetic tales," she chuckled. I pulled up a chair and sat backwards on it.

"I have all the time in the world. Go ahead," I urge. She takes a deep breath and begins.

"I'm the smartest kid in school, and one day in chemistry, I was mixig a formula that could easily tame wolves. But once I finished the concoction, one of the other students purposefully spilled it all over me. He called me a dog, and wanted to 'tame' me, but it mutated me, turning me into this monstrosity," she recalled, tears filling her eyes. I stood up and hugged her.

"You're not a monstrosity. Foxy certainly doesn't think so," I reassured her. She hugged back tightly. This is the perfect moment. Opening my mouth, I sank my razor-sharp teeth into her neck, letting my poison flow throughout her veins. She gasped and choked, but was too weak to pull away. I finished injecting my corrupted vemon, and released my hold, making her fall to the floor, unconscious.

"Sweet nightmares, little princess. Soon you shall be mine," I laugh, leaving the room. Very soon, indeed.
