"Call an ambulance—but not for me!" Denji declared boldly. Quanxi stared coldly at the trio in front of her.

"Pingsti... Long," she said to the two girls beside her. They nodded in understanding. Long and Pingsti surged forward while Pochita transformed into semi-complete form, joining Power to confront the enemies. Chain-chita attacked Long, while Power went after Pingsti.

Long took a deep, horrifying breath, her chest expanding unnaturally. She exhaled flames onto her fists, sending a blazing punch that sent Chain-chita flying through several walls.

Power charged, forming a blood-red sword and swung horizontally as Pingsti advanced. Pingsti ducked and dodged, countering with a powerful right uppercut that nearly lifted Power off the ground. The blood sword fell. As Power staggered, Pingsti assumed a mid-stance, inhaled deeply, and unleashed a flurry of rapid punches.

THWACK! THWACK! THWACK!

Power was hit, smashing through walls, and Pingsti pursued relentlessly to finish her.

Denji watched calmly, expressionless, piquing Quanxi's curiosity.

Quanxi: "You're not worried about them?"

Denji: "It's fine. They're strong."

Quanxi: "My two girls are just as strong. Ten years ago, their power was already astonishing. Besides Kishibe and me, hardly anyone could defeat them."

Denji: "I don't care," he said, stepping toward Quanxi.

As Denji approached, Quanxi's heartbeat quickened. The first time they met, she felt a strange sensation she had never felt before—a desperate, painful cry from within her body, urging her to run. But now, she was excited, though her face remained expressionless.

She lifted her hand, pulled off her eye patch, and thrust it into her eye socket, shocking Denji.

Denji: "Hey! What the hell are you doing!? Ew... ew... disgusting!"

Moments later, Quanxi completed her transformation in front of Denji's horrified eyes.

Quanxi: "Kishibe called you Denji, right? Denji, today you die!"

She vanished instantly, moving around at terrifying speed and launching a barrage of arrows.

SWISH! SWISH! SWISH!

The arrows screamed through the air, but Denji dodged them effortlessly. Those missed struck nearby walls. Quanxi then performed a sweeping kick, sending Denji flying backward.

Without hesitation, she kicked upward, sending Denji through the ceiling and off the top of the mall. From below, she fired arrow after arrow like a machine gun. Denji covered himself, unable to move mid-air.

Seeing Denji out of range, Quanxi jumped through holes in the ceiling, closing in on him. She performed an axe kick to Denji's stomach mid-air, accelerating his fall, then shot arrows until he landed on a rooftop. Kishibe watched nearby.

Denji landed amid arrows and dust, lying on the rooftop surrounded by Quanxi's projectiles. Quanxi landed lightly, her demonic face melting away as her human face returned.

Denji stood, brushing off dust, noticing his office shirt torn. He sighed and tore the remainder.

Denji: "Got it."

Quanxi: "Got what?"

Denji: "The first demon hunter, not the strongest, right?"

"Huh!?" Quanxi blinked in shock, lower eyelid twitching, angry at what she thought was Denji belittling her.

Denji: "That move you used to kick me into the air looked cool. Something like this, right?" He lifted his leg—but almost fell.

Quanxi's face darkened, veins bulging from anger. She lunged without thinking, only to be accidentally kicked high into the sky by Denji.

Denji: "Oh no..." He hadn't meant to attack, but she charged while he was testing a new move.

Quanxi soared higher and higher, above the clouds. She saw the sun in the sunset—a warm, gentle light hitting her face, making her smile for the first time in a long while.

Quanxi: "The sunset is beautiful..."

She plummeted, faster and faster, landing straight on Kobeni's car.

CRASH!!!!!

The car was utterly destroyed. Kobeni knelt, crying, witnessing the destruction. Quanxi's body was almost shattered, but as a demon, she could not die.

Denji, watching from above, felt a pang of guilt.
