Seeing as I've literally dropped off the face of the planet I'm going to give a little recap as to what has happened. So all of our lovely characters have been forced to stay with Will and his pack because Caitlin's his mate. Eric has become fast friends with Nick and Will, who at this moment refuses to accept Caitlin.
---------------------------------------------
Breakfast was quiet besides Eric and Nicks laughter and voices that slashed through the air every few minutes. When us girls finished breakfast we decided to explore on our own. We exited the pack house in silence, but once we made it to the fresh air we began to smile and laugh like idiots. We probably looked crazy but there's something about escaping silence that can do that to you."I don't even get how he got them to like him so fast," Ally said with a confused smile.
"Probably because they're all just as annoying as he is," Taylor smiled.
Laughing we slowly walked until we found ourselves in an empty clearing of grass besides a large tree. I lowered myself down and place my back against the tree, watching as Taylor and Ally did the same. The quiet between us all was peaceful. It felt nice to just sit here and watch the clouds roll by.
Not wanting to break the silence in the world around us I mind linked the girls. "Do you think we'll ever be aloud back home?"
"Well we can leave any time we want," Ally answered slowly. "But Wills keeping you around him now because you're unmated and he wants to keep you safe."
"So basically I'm stuck here forever?"
"Well unless you die;I'd say so," Taylor said giving me a huge grin.
I laughed loudly throwing my head back and cracking it off the tree which only caused everyone to laugh louder. I laughed so hard tears fell from my eyes and it wasn't until I was done laughing that I noticed Eric, Will, and Nick staring at us. We all stood up hastily.
"What do you guys want?" I said slightly agitated that he could stand right there and not feel anything.
"Now Caitlin is that anyway to speak to your favorite friend in the whole wide world?" Metric says grinning.
I rolled my eyes and walked towards him grabbing his hand and looking into his eyes I said "I'm so very sorry my favorite friend in the whole world. Whatever could you and your amazing friends want with us?"
Grinning he pulled me under his arm and declared that lunch was ready.
"Oh? Are you fabulous men to escort us to lunch?" Taylor said with a smirk.
"Why of course young lady. Beautiful girls such as yourselves shouldn't be left alone."
"Beautiful? I could get used to that," Ally laughed.
Will stood there silently looking at us all and I did my best to ignore his presence instead focusing on Nick and Eric who were happy to tell us all what they'd gotten into in the few hours we were away. Lunch was actually not ready when we arrived and still ten minutes later was not done.
"You made us leave because?" Taylor said irritated.
"Maybe we got you a little early," Will said smiling at her.
She just glared in his general direction as a response. Ally too gave him a smile glare while I just smiled at my two pit bulls. Will seemed taken aback by the glares and looked around the room.
"I sense some hostility in here,"Nick said.
"Glad someone here's not stupid," Ally said pointedly looking Wills way.
Nick and Eric stifled their laughter with their hands. While Will seemed to be slightly angry. I grinned and moved past him to the dining area as I saw the food come out. As I did I couldn't help but smell him. He smelt good. Like really good and I wanted to run back and stick my nose into his shirt and demand to know what cologne he used or how he managed to make himself smell this good. I didn't though and I prided myself on that. As soon as we grabbed our food we sat down and ate but Will seemed to be starring at something in front of me so I looked around quickly realizing he wanted the salt which was right in front of my plate. Instead of asking me for it he turned to my right and asked Eric.
"If you wanted it so bad all you had to do was ask. I don't bite and I certainly wouldn't get anything out of you asking," I snapped slamming the salt down into his hand.
The room got quiet waiting for their Alphas response to the obvious disrespect I was showing to him. I stared at him too wanting to know what he would say but all he did was mod my way and mumble a thanks. Maybe I was over reacting but I slammed my fork down and walked out of the room and up the stairs and threw myself at my bed. Moments later Taylor and Ally walked throughly door with smirks on their faces.
"That was actually amazing," Taylor laughed.
"You don't think it was a little too much?" I questioned.
"Hell no! Everyone downstairs wants to know who you are and why you got away with what you did," Ally responded.
"They think you're awesome and you got your point across quite nicely," Taylor grinned.
I didn't go down to dinner and my plate of food that Taylor brought up was left with only a few bites missing. I'd screwed up. I let him get to me and now I got to lay awake starring at the ceiling, tossing and turning, hoping sleep would find me soon. It never did. As pink dashed the sky I decided that maybe some fresh air would help and if not I'd get to see the sun rise.
I silently left my room and slid down the hall to the front door and opened it quietly before walking out and shutting it behind me. I wandered to the same tree that Ally, Taylor, and I had found yesterday and sat below it and watched the sun. Just before the Rays could fully bring in the morning I slept into a deep sleep.
Hours later I was shaken awake roughly. Blinking slowly I looked up with a slight glare at the person who dare wake me ups face and was shocked at who I saw with an unhappy look on his face.
