Hello everyone! It's me, the author of this story.

Don't worry, this update isn't a health crisis, or that something came up to where I cannot continue working on the chapter. It's still in the works, folks.

Instead, since Wattpad came out with the option of a poll, I've decided to use it to my advantage. This poll refers to future content for my Transformers Prime story.

For quite some time, I've been drafting ideas for a what-if scenario for TFP where the Autobot-Decepticon war escalates to the point where the US government, if not the whole world, gets dragged into it. It sounds nice and all, but I'm not sure exactly *how* it would start or what would change from the canon lore.

I've decided to make this a reality through the creation of a "fourth season" of TFP, if you will call it that. Because it's not canon and may bring in the likes of RID 2015 (Robots in Disguise, the sequel show of Prime), you don't have to acknowledge or read it as something from the actual creators themselves. Things will obviously get done wrong, and for that I want to apologize in advance.

Anyway, you're probably asking yourselves: "Author, what will this fourth season be about?" Allow me to explain.

Between the events of Predacons: Rising (the movie) and the beginning of RID 2015, Shockwave, who has went into hiding after the loss of his master Megatron, decides to take the reigns as Supreme Commander of the Decepticon remnants, and launch an invasion of Planet Earth as revenge for both humiliation by the humans and the Autobots, as well as destroying the home of their human friends.

By this point in time, Jack and Sean have already graduated from high school, with Miko following shortly afterwards. Rafael is only a few years away from becoming a senior when the Decepticon remnants attack Earth. The former three, being recruits in Unit: E (led by Agent Fowler), are now soldiers, while the latter still does his computer work.

Ratchet, who stays on Earth, will attempt to reach out to his Autobot comrades on Cybertron, but the Decepticons will launch an EMP beforehand that knocks out most of Earth's technology, as well as use their nukes against them. Thus, the Autobots have no idea Earth is under attack, but eventually, they will.

There's a chance Megatron (formerly Galvatron) will show up to redeem himself by assisting the humans against Shockwave but might sacrifice himself in the process.

Because I mentioned this new season being a bridge between Prime and Robots in Disguise, I might include Bumblebee's new friends that show up in that series.

What do you think of this idea?
