"I will wait, I will wait for you!" I woke up to Megan singing.
"Uugggg, go awayyy." I whined as I threw a pillow at her.
"Ouch!" She screamed. She came over to my bed, took my pillow, took my blankets and left. She laughed runnin down the stairs and out the door. "COME AND GET ME BITCH!" She screamed.
"YOU JUST WAIT!" I yelled after her. I ran outside to see her laying on the ground covered in my blanket and head on my pillow. I slowly creeped over to her, and I pounced.
"GET OFF ME, GET OFF ME!" she pleaded.
"Do you give up?" I asked
"YES!" She screamed. I met her go. She got up and headed inside. I was really hungry. It was about 12:00 when we finally ate breakfast..or lunch....or brunch...I don't even know. I just know it was food. After I finished I got up and walked to the living room. I plopped down next to Megan and sighed.
"What's wrong with you?" She questioned.
"I'm bored." I stated.
"You wanna go the the mall?" She asked.
"Nah, I'll just be bored. Stay home. Have no life. It's fine." I whined
"Okay whatever." She said. We watched tv until about 5:00 pm. My phone buzzed. I got this feeling in my stomach, that feeling when you do something and you know it's not going to happen but you hope for the best anyways, yeah that feeling. I looked at te screen, it was just my dad.
I lived with my dad. My mom passed away when I was about five or so. She died from cancer.
I don't live with him anymore though, I moved out in August and moved to Melbourne. It's been almost eight months but not quite. Here is where I met Megan. She's my best friend. No, she's my sister. We haven't known each other for that long but we already know everything about each other. Anyways, back the the story.
I answered the phone, "Hello?" I spoke
"Hey honey," My dad said "how's it going?"
"Great!" I stated "how are you doing?"
"I'm good, I'm good." He replied. There was a long pause.
"Um.. Dad?" I asked
"Yeah honey?" He said
"Why'd you call?" I questioned
"Oh yeah, yeah" he remembered "your cousin Laura is coming to visit you in a couple of days. Is that alright?"
"Oh yeah that's fine! Tell her she's welcome anytime!" I replied
"Okay honey, bye love you!" My dad said
"Love you too dad, bye" I hung up. "Well, Megan. Laura's coming to town."
