"Mmm, what's that smell?" Megan asked as she stumbled into the kitchen. I was in the kitchen cooking breakfast.

"That is the smell of bacon." I stated. She tried to reach for a piece but I smacked her hand away. "You can wait!"

"No I can't!" she said dramatically "I'm withering away to nothing!" She collapsed on the floor.

"Get up!" I kicked her. Not like a BAM! kick. Like a get your ass up off the floor or I'll pour bacon grease on your face.

"Fine, fine I'm up."

"Here, now you may indulge yourself with bacon." I sat the plate down on the counter.

"Why thank you." She said between bites "hey, where's Laura?"

"She went out"

"Ooh nice, so what are you doing today?"

"I dunno"

"I think I might just stay home."

"Yeah me too" after we finished breakfast we went into the living room and started a movie marathon. It started with the Ace Ventura series. I can't even count how many movies we watched. Laura walked in right as the Perks of Being a Wallflower ended. I love that movie. It has to be one of my favorites. I guess I like it because I can relate to it. I was always the outcast growing up. Kids called me "trash can" and "toilet" all the time. One time this asshole named Noah yelled "LOOK A SPIDER!" and he continuously threw things at me, like pencils, wadded up paper, and erasers. I had very few if any friends, but one was Laura. She's the best cousin ever.

"Hey guys!" Laura announced as she pranced in the doorway. "What's up?" She flopped down on the couch between me and Megan.

"We've been watching movies all day." I smiled, wiping a tear away from my face as Megan got up to put another movie in.

"Oh nice" she said as she stole the popcorn from me.

"Hey! I was eating that!"

"Fine then!" She playfully yelled. She got up and ran off with it. "THIS IS MINE! IT'S ALL MINE!" You couldn't see her but you sure could hear her and her maniacal laughing.

"UGH! I CAN'T HAVE ANYTHING IN THIS HOUSE!" I screamed. Megan looked at me and we both started laughing like crazy. That's how our relationship is... We can't take each other seriously at all. Most of the time. In the midst of all the laughter, my phone rang. I looked at the screen for awhile. It was Luke.

"Who is it?!" Megan screamed

"IT'S LUKE!!" I yelled. I answered the phone. "Hello?"

"Hey" he said

"Oh hey"

"I was wondering if you wanted to maybe go out tonight or something."

I looked at Megan. "He wants to go out tonight!" I mouthed to her

"Say yes! Say yes!" She screamed

"Okay that's cool. Where and when?" I asked

"How about tonight at 8 I pick you up and we go downtown?"

"That sounds fantastic, I'll see you at eight, then"

"Okay, see you then, bye!"

"Bye!"

"OH MY GOD!!!!" Megan screeched.

"I KNOW!!" I replied

"You have to start getting ready right now! This is going to take a lot of prepping!" She stated. Megan is like my personal stylist. Whenever there's a special occasion or something, she's the girl to call! She does makeup, picks out clothes, and does hair! She's like the whole package.
