Calum and I got a taxi back to his place, it was around 8pm, Luke wanted to stay with his parents for the first night back, and we decided just to go and get some Chinese for dinner, “I’ll be back in 20 minutes” he said, grabbing his keys,
“Wait” I said standing up, he turned around, “quickly take a photo” Calum laughed and quickly took a photo of my stomach.
“I’ll be right back” he kissed my cheek and was about to walk out of the room when,
“Wait…” again, Calum turned around laughing a bit, “I want to come”
“No, stay, you need to relax” he said walking up to me,
“I’m coming” I smiled,
“Fine come on” he laughed,
“You wait here, I’ll be right back” Calum pulled over the side of the road and parked the car, then went to the restaurant and get the food.
I felt my phone ringing so I picked it up, it was Tim, “hello?”
“Hey Jess, it’s Tim”
“Oh Tim, um… hi”
“Look, I owe you the biggest apology… for the past 3 years; I was hoping I could do it in person, you know, catch up over coffee or something”
“Uh… sure, why not”
“Is Sunday good? Meet at paparazzi? Say 2?”
“Sounds good, I’ll see you then”
I hung up and turned my head, I saw Calum paying for the food, I turned my head the other way, I just saw a white light.
*CALUM’S POV*
“You wait here, I’ll be right back” I got out of the car and went to go and get dinner, I was paying and saw Jess on the phone, she looked kind of shocked, confused, I’ll ask her about it later, I thought to myself. I turned my head back to the cashier to say, I heard a crash, I turned my head, Jess.
I ran out of the shop, “JESS!” I yelled, “JESS COME ON!” I was able to open the door, she was unconscious, her entire body hit the side and her head was leaning on the front on the car, “my babies” I whispered, I pulled Jess closer, “JESS!!” her breathing was getting slower. I pulled her out of the car, she had completely stopped breathing, I started doing CPR until the ambulance came.
