The auditorium lights dimmed, and a hush fell over the audience. Backstage, Y/n's heart was racing—not with fear, but with excitement. For years, she had been silent, unsure, weighed down by the past. But now, she was ready.
Minato squeezed her hand. "You're ready, Y/n. Just have fun. We're all here with you."
Y/n nodded, feeling the warmth of her friends around her. Be:First were giving her thumbs-up, Treasure were grinning and whispering last-minute encouragements, and Chayney members—Minato, Yuzu, Ibuki, Shūhei, and Nayuta—were cheering softly. Even Asuka stood at the side, tears of pride glimmering in her eyes.
The music started, a powerful collaboration of all their styles. Y/n stepped forward, her voice ringing clear and confident.
Every note she sang carried her journey—the years of silence, the pain, the courage, and finally, the joy she had found. She moved across the stage with Minato by her side, harmonizing perfectly with Yuzu, Ibuki, Shūhei, and Nayuta, while Treasure and Be:First added energy, rhythm, and choreography that made the performance shine.
The audience erupted in applause, but Y/n hardly noticed. She was focused on the smiles around her—the pride in her sister's eyes, the playful cheers from her friends, and the unspoken message: you belong here, and you are powerful.
By the final chorus, Y/n's voice soared higher than ever, and she twirled with Minato, laughter spilling freely from her lips. Treasure cheered, Be:First danced with playful exaggeration, and Chayney shouted encouragements from the sides. The auditorium echoed with the joy of everyone united, celebrating not just the music, but Y/n's journey.
As the lights dimmed and the final note faded, Y/n stood at the center of the stage, chest heaving, a triumphant smile on her face. The audience rose to their feet in a standing ovation.
Minato leaned close. "See? You were amazing. You've always had this in you."
Y/n looked around at all the faces—the groups, her sister, her boyfriend, her mentors, her friends—and felt a happiness so complete it almost overwhelmed her.
"I... I did it," she whispered softly, tears of joy streaming down her cheeks. "We did it."
Sota from Be:First clapped her on the back. "No, Y/n... you did it. You found your voice, and you made us all shine with you."
Haruto from Treasure laughed, ruffling her hair. "We knew you could do it! You're unstoppable!"
Yuzu teased, nudging her. "Don't get a big head now. You still owe us ice cream for surviving rehearsal yesterday!"
Y/n laughed, her heart full, voice strong and free. "I... I wouldn't change a second of it."
As the groups gathered around her, hugging and teasing, Y/n realized something she hadn't allowed herself to feel in years: she was home. Her voice was hers again, her laughter unburdened, her heart open. And surrounded by love, support, and friendship, she knew she could face anything the future held.
This was her moment. And she had earned it.
