The day started with a flurry of excitement. Treasure, Chayney, and Be:First had decided on a spontaneous outing—bowling, arcade games, and ice cream—and Y/n couldn't help but laugh at the sheer energy filling the place.
Minato looped his arm around her shoulder immediately. "Ready for a little chaos?" he asked, grinning.
"Always," Y/n replied, a mischievous sparkle in her eyes.
The groups split into teams. Y/n, Minato, and Chayney formed one, while Treasure and Be:First teamed up. From the start, the competition was playful and fierce.
Yuzu tried to cheat during bowling, making everyone laugh. Ibuki pretended to throw the ball backward, missing spectacularly on purpose. Shūhei cheered loudly, while Nayuta kept giving Y/n encouraging high-fives.
"Watch this," Y/n whispered to Minato, lining up her throw. She let the ball roll perfectly down the lane, striking all the pins.
Minato whistled. "See? That's my girl."
Treasure and Be:First groaned theatrically, pretending to be defeated. "Impossible!" Haruto shouted, pretending to clutch his chest.
They moved on to the arcade, and the chaos only grew. Y/n and Minato teamed up in a racing game, bumping each other gently and laughing when they crashed spectacularly into the digital walls.
"Hey! That's not fair!" Y/n protested, giggling as Minato teased her.
"All's fair in love and racing," he said, winking.
By the time they hit the ice cream stand, everyone was buzzing with energy and laughter. Y/n sat between Minato and Asuka, savoring her chocolate cone, while Minato stole little licks from hers, making her laugh.
"You're impossible," she said, laughing, swatting his hand away gently.
"I'm your impossible," he replied, grinning. "And you love it."
The day ended with a group photo, everyone squeezed together, laughing, teasing, and making silly faces. Y/n felt the camera flash, capturing the perfect memory—not just of her friends, but of the life she had chosen and the people who had chosen her.
As Minato wrapped an arm around her for the photo, Y/n rested her head against his shoulder, feeling the warmth and safety that had always been with him. She looked around at all her friends—Treasure, Chayney, Be:First, and her sister—and realized she was exactly where she was meant to be: loved, confident, and fully alive.
"Next time," Yuzu said, smirking, "I'm winning the arcade. No excuses."
Y/n laughed. "We'll see about that. But one thing's for sure..."
Minato whispered in her ear, "You're my favorite chaos partner."
Y/n grinned, squeezing his hand. "And you're mine."
And in that moment, surrounded by laughter, love, and endless energy, Y/n knew that life was finally fun, full, and completely hers.
